Hubby & I have never been in a Polo RL store we didn't like! Lol After checking out of our hotel & traveling for a couple hours I decided to get a sweater out of my luggage & Immediately realized hubby forgot to pack all our clothes that were in the hotel dresser! Freakin bonehead! Lol After I called the hotel & had them ship all our clothes home hubby felt bad I was cold & decided to stop off at this RL store & buy me a cozy sweater :) The store was small, however it was well stocked, the parking was awesome & the service was great. Easy in & out. My sweet adorable hubby got back in my good graces by hooking me up with a couple new cozy sweaters & we even found him a couple new blue polos. Hubby HAS to have the blue one with the yellow pony or his golf game is bloody dingo that ate the gringo. This RL store was great & saved the day! Hubby's golf game & the arrival of all our clothes still remains undetermined. read more

Love this store! My husband and I come here all the time. He is 6'2 and a former offensive lineman, so the B&T section is a necessity for him! The selection here is the best by far of all the outlets we've visited. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The store can be a bit of mess at times, even during the week when things are slow. I've been to many Polo outlet stores all over the country and this one in Gonzales is pretty similar to all the rest except... in one glaring unfortunate issue. Sadly this is the most disorganized and messy of any of the many Polo outlets I have ever seen with disorganization apparent such as wrong sized clothing put in the wrong location shelf that is labeled for a different size (for example making it very challenging to find a correct sized dress shirt using the neck and sleeve length labels of the shelves which were a complete jumble of sizes). With Louisiana already winning at reaching the highest sales tax in the USA dealing with the additional pain of such disorganized sizing makes it unlikely I would want to endure such a time consuming and unpleasant experience at this location when I can get much better results AND visit the beach for a not much longer ride down to the Foley or Gulfport outlets. read more

A much larger store than the one on the coast in Mississippi but because its so close to Baton Rouge the selection is often depleted by the high number of shoppers here especially on the weekends. Though the store is smaller you have a better chance of finding what you want in Mississippi than this one in Gonzales. read more

I have visited this location numerous times and it is always just lovely. First of all, for the number of people that are always packed into this store they keep everything very neat. Second, the line here is always sooooooo long BUT its not the "you have one register open?!" kind of line they have every register open and are getting you in and out. Thirdly, my Clerk was a very sweet older lady and helped me make sure I was getting the best deals by asking if I had a coupon, student ID or Military ID. She was super polite and I would love to go back! read more

Ralph Lauren is a great product. However, there needs to be a women's line developed. This store can serve on an average 100 to 150 people within 1 hour time frame. All cash registers were fully staffed to satisfy the growing crowd. read more
