The nosings were backordered and the communication with Patrick Miner was terrible, He would not return calls and when we did reach him either I or my contractor got different responses. When the flooring was delivered I was charged for two pails of glue but only received one.. We would have to drive to the store to get an update because he didn't returm calls. I finally requested a refund for the nosings and went to Bickell who was able to obtain the materials in less than 48 hours.
