Unlawfully non renewed me to try and cover up religious discrimination, where CO statutes state…read morethat no one can be non renewed when it's a question of discrimination. It's still my job and I'll be getting it back as part of all of this. Which I advised them of, in May 2025. I was harassed by one teammate, almost from the start. I had evidence and admin saw it on more than one occasion, but even after a no contact agreement and multiple violations on his part, they did nothing, even claiming they knew I was lying or making unsubstantiated claims. My other teammate seemed nice, was there when I was dealing with some hard stuff. She invited me to her church, invited me to join, helped me move closer to work/church. And then she used it as a reason to abuse me at work; I wasn't doing it right or to her satisfaction. She made threats around causing me to lose church and/or my job, starting in Sept 2024. I tried to avoid and not engage, while she continued to escalate. In Jan 2025, I said I no longer wanted to be speaking to her unless it was necessary for work. What she escalated to admin was a church issue. They put us on a restricted communication contract, requiring a 3rd party on all face-to-face and emails, she violated it 3 times within the first day. Compliance stepped in with another contract, but neglected to say a 3rd party needed to be present. In that sense, we both violated it, but she was repeatedly speaking to me on stuff that was borderline at best. Compliance did nothing, but she reported me once, I was put on admin leave. Come to find out she said joining the church was me stalking her, knowing that isn't something you can take away because you changed her mind, thankfully have evidence against most of her lies, but even after it seemed I was fired, she's still forcing me to go through an investigation. EEOC (541-2025-02884, investigation religious discrimination, discrimination based on sex, creating a hostile work environment retaliation), raised some good questions: Why, if I was reporting her before she reported me, why wasn't she put on leave? Why, weren't both of us put on leave, if we both made that complaint, while the truth was determined? Why wasn't the other teammate put on leave to investigate him over far more violations. Admin playing favorites, oh yes. EEOC and cease and desist in place to stop them working to fill my position. Multiple violations already.

DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE.....I would give zero stars if I could…read more. This school is a joke... way to much to say about this but let's just say I have experienced teachers yelling at students ( I was standing outside there door when I was waiting for my son) I have heard teachers talk down the the students- my child has been physical abused by there security guard... my sons teacher is a joke- she excludes my child from activities, she has separated my son from his only friend there- she has refused todo testing that I asked for- the principle of course sticks up for everyone that works at the school- they have suspended our son more times than I can count just because they don't want to have to deal with his disability- they now have called and made false reports to the state so now we have to meet with a case worker- which we are 100% fine with(we have cameras in our house recording 24/7 so go ahead and try to say we abuse our child - they now are causing problems/ harassing my child and our family since I pressed charges on there security guard and explained that I will be getting a lawyer and going to the news regarding the stuff they do to children that are in there care... As a parent you would think sending your kid to school they would be safe- WRONG they are being treated wrong and unfairly by STAFF... it's really sad This school sucks

Great school. I love the teachers and the principal. I especially love how they help the kids out…read moreof the car in the morning and lead them into school. The principal is amazing, I always see her at the fundraising events. I can't say how much I appreciate the updates about our Wildcats from the principal, Lori Petersen. I feel like the staff really cares about the children here, they are so involved with the kids. My daughter absolutely loves this school and the staff.

I wish I could give zero stars. The bullying problem at ISD is out of control, and the school does…read morenext to nothing to truly address it. Their approach is to "talk" to the kids and have them fill out a "Reflection Form", which clearly accomplishes nothing--because the same kids repeat the same bullying behavior the very next week. To make matters worse, the tuition at ISD is incredibly expensive, and for that price, you'd expect a safe and supportive environment. Instead, the teachers' only response is to send emails to the parents, as if that will solve the issue. It feels like a performative, "Nutella Culture" approach: soft on the surface but lacking any real action or accountability. As a parent, it's heartbreaking to see children being mistreated while the administration turns a blind eye to the root of the problem. More and more families are pulling their kids out of ISD, and I'm beginning to understand why. If you care about your child's well-being and a safe school environment, I would look elsewhere.

We attended for a few years but were very disappointed by the administration in Middle School…read moreespecially. My daughter was bullied and nothing was done to correct bad behavior of other students until we made very formal and repetitive complaints. Even then, the response was very weak. The elementary school teachers are good (we had 2 kids enrolled - one in elementary and one in middle school). We had to pull them out of school and changed to a better private school in Denver.

This school taught me valuable lessons over the years to always be kind even if no one else is…read morewatching be respectful and be unique but the unique part sure got me in a lot of trouble with past friends. over the years most teachers were REALLY nice respectful and are there for the students in time of need, others I can say weren't but I looked on the bright side of things most of the time even though my past friends brought me down hard. This school made me find a shy shell I never knew existed I was shy but at that school I was even shyer for some reason I was only friends with about 3 groups and by 8th grade I dropped 2 of them which was a good idea I had to say. By the end of 8th grade I found a new respectful group of friends I was glad to call my family the other friends I still talk to every once and a while. ADVICE: even though u kids or parents have kids from ages 10-15 in this school please give them advice to act like an adult don't cause drama don't react to drama because it only starts as a tiny flame to ruin a friendship or young relationship I lost many friends through drama and I hated every battled I won or lost and if times get tough with groups just focus on school and be kind even if the person next to u isn't.
