I called them this morning as I had a carpet cleaner cancel on me last minute! I was told that they could try to squeeze me in around three or 4 PM but they would try if possible to come earlier. Around 11 AM I got a call saying their technician had finished a job early and could come if that's ok. The technician was here within 10 minutes and prompt Lee looked at the house and gave me an additional quote for stairs as I was thinking about doing that. The price was reasonable and actually ended up being a little bit less than what I was expecting. The service was great and the quality of the cleaning is exceptional. I have had my carpets cleaned before and still would see certain marks. I am not seeing those marks that I normally see and can tell that the carpets have been very well cleaned and taken of. Even though this is the first time I have used this company to have my carpets cleaned, I will definitely be using them in the future for additional needs. I told him the repair was "still visible" and wrote such on his paperwork. He said it was impossible to hide the repair. The service repairman then refused to let me take a picture of the document that I just signed where I wrote "still visible". In fact, he snapped his folder shut, not letting me take my picture. I said I knew the owner of the furniture company and would communicate directly with him that the repairman was very disrespectful. The repairman then hit my doors with his tools, damaging such.
