We've had them repair two issues for us, first a broken garage door opener motor, then a broken…read moregarage door spring. Their prices are fair. For the motor, they had a few options to choose from. The one we wanted they didn't have with them, so they came back the next business day to install it. They showed up on time both times. The second time they showed up closer to the end of the window and forgot to call to advise they were on the way. I ended up calling the office to make sure I wrote down the appointment window correctly and they confirmed the window and that the tech was en route. Not sure there's anything left to wear out / break, but if anything does, I would definitely call them again.
