They insulated our crawl space I our first house. They came in and did a great job. The floors felt immediately warmer especially throughout the winter. When it came time to build our new house we made sure they were part of the team. They insulated the entire house and our house is warm and energy efficient. They are great to work with, I've called them a couple of times to look at the insulation and my question have been answered quickly and professionally. After the earthquake of '18 they gave me a bid to lift a sidewalk back into place. After the bid they told me that it would look better and more stable if we had the sidewalk repoured. So these guys are great. Affordable, super professional, and go the extra mile. When we had earthquake damage to our foundation, they used their foam to jack our slab back up to where it needed to be. In the process they accidently put pressure on a pipe and punctured the fitting causing it to leak water. After contacting them explaining what I believe had happened, they can back and repaired it quickly. Everyone makes mistakes, but it's the ability to quickly fix the issue, and their professionalism that will make me a loyal customer again if I needed anymore work done. Fantastic results after the first winter in our new residence, we decided to call Polyseal before the 2nd winter. They were fast, courteous, on time, and reasonably priced too. The results were amazing, as they insulated our crawl space and made home much warmer the 2nd winter in the home. I never used the thermal gun for a before and after temp, but I would guess that our ground floor is 10 degrees warmer. The utility bill was also lower than the previous winter when comparing months and temperatures versus usage. I had Polyseal jack up the sinking floor of my hangar, add more foam to the walls and roof, and paint the new insulation. I have in floor heat so maintaining its integrity was very important. They did the job with no problems. Everything was on time, done correctly, and right on the budget. It went so well that I asked them to level my 30 year old, two car garage as well. Once again, done right, on time, and as quoted. Garage floor is now at the level it was when it was new and it drain snow melt off the vehicles correctly. I highly recommend them. read more

While they did have some equipment problems, they were very proactive in bringing out another truck and extra crew to complete the job within the schedule they had stated up front. They are a home town company with great customer service, provided an estimate quickly and got me on their schedule. We hired them to do a large arctic entry while we were remodeling one of Palmer's old Colony houses. The expense was very reasonable as well.
