Just charged their regular price, super nice, really efficient. Explained where and why (it hadn't been replaced in 12 years) the seal failed, gave me the broken seal and like little plumbing angels left to help the next on the list. Won't ever use another plumber. APEX all the way. Could not be happier. I did mention this was only hours after a 7.0 earthquake? Yeah. They're that good.

We requested a quote for them to come out and check our propane system to see if we can have a line plumbed up to install a heater register and they scheduled us, then they called the day of to let us know "we don't do that work or intend on getting the materials to do that kind of work". This is heating & plumbing. No worries, I'll give my money to literally any other plumber. It'll be an awfully cold day in you know where before I contact them again. Wasted my time and wasted my money by having me call out of work today so I could be here just for them to cancel my appointment. Terrible customer service. Maybe if they invested some of the resources they've invested into catchy commercials into their product this review would've been different.
