The spanikopita was 4 triangle pieces and it was tasty. I liked that the spinach wasn't overpowered by the cheese and the phyllo was nice and crispy. The pita had lots of pork pieces and ample vegetables for a good combination. I ordered it with a baked potato and they had generous portions of butter and sour cream on the side. Both of these items was around $17, not bad for appetizer and main course. Others in our party order lasagna, which I heard was good, steak with vegetables, and pizza which I tried a few bites. The crust was good and it had lots of toppings. There were a few minor glitches but nothing major. We were also able to use a coupon we received from the hotel and received 15% off the bill. We chose the chicken, the brisket and the sausage, and broccoli salad and potato salad for the sides. Everything was incredible. My favorite was for sure the brisket with the crispy onions on top. An apology for not getting to us sooner and or order was taken. They did not appear to be super busy. A few tables occupied and at least 4 wait staff on shift. Our meals arrived in groups of one or two plates. A cheeseburger that our granddaughter could bite through because it was hard as a rock. This was resolved by the waitress bringing a fresh bun to the table in her hand and suggesting we just move the pattie to the new bun and she should be able to eat it that way. My wife revived her meal minus the side she ordered which never did show up any where except on the bill. They completely missed the meal ordered by our grandson. And was brought out 10 minutes or so after everyone else began eating. I submitted this information to management when I got home. They replied they will use my feedback as a means to train staff and improve service. Offered. Gift card for our next visit. I replied that was very unlikely to be used based on this experience I would definitely stay away from this BP unless you can tolerate terrible service and unhygienic customer service Update to the below reply by Bostonpizza.
