I initially hired Jonathan Frank/CT roofing on through Angi's list to…read morefind and fix the cause of my (2nd floor apartment) living room ceiling leak (There are no pipes in the ceiling & no leaks from the apartment above). Mr. Frank said that he couldn't find a problem on the roof, but I could call back at any point if the leaking continued. A few months later, after torrential rains, the ceiling began leaking again. Mr. Frank again said that he couldn't find a problem, but he would caulk around the two windows and roofline, for which I was charged an $900.00. A couple of weeks later, after moderate rain the ceiling began leaking again. Two employees came out and said they "found a hole" which they "repaired." After replacing the ceiling tiles and repainting the apartment, more torrential rains caused the tiles to collapse. I tried numerous times to contact Mr. Frank but he will not return my calls/texts. Mr. Frank told me, "I stand by my work". Apparently that does not apply when a client is having recurring problems due to unsatisfactory work. In order to try to rectify this situation, I contacted the Better Business Bureau (BBB). They in turn reached out to Mr. Frank, but he ignored their inquiries. You know a company is questionable when they refuse to respond to multiple requests from the BBB.
