Our cedar wood decks needed a refresher and so looking through a mailer I saw their ad and gave them a call to see if someone would come by and give us a quote. I was delighted to learn that the business is from Milford as I support local, and Walter, the owner scheduled a time to come over. Walter was exactly on time, took a look, answered questions and provided a written proposal on the spot. It so happened that we called two other power washing businesses for quotes as well. One of the others showed up almost an hour after he said he would be here and gave a verbal quote but not for just the decks. That one decided we needed the whole house power washed as well which was much more than we wanted. The third just told me that he would beat our lowest bid without a look. Well we chose to go with the he Powerwash Guys because we thought that the owner was trustworthy and right on point. No extra sales pitch, on time and professional. The guy who came to do the work showed up exactly on time, introduced himself and got right to work. He did a thorough job and when he completed the work he asked if we had any questions and gave us the invoice which was according to the quote. Just perfect. We have an cement patio that hasn't been professionally power washed in quite a while. After Walter was finished with power washing everything it looked like new. I don't know why I waited so long. I can't say enough about the service provided. Contacted the company on they're website. Had an estimate in 12 hours. Very accommodating with an appointment as soon as the next day if wanted. The 2 man crew arrived and went right to work. They completed a large Victorian house with n just under 2 hours. They moved what the needed to and protected what needed to be protected and put everything back as it was. They cleaned other items including a gate and mailboxes on the way by them as a courtesy. Damaged my siding while power-washing. I see another review says they ignore calls- that is true. You would expect a company to be ethical and work with you if they did damage your property and come to a quick resolve. Now it will be a long drawn out legal process.
