They had the audacity to say that what set Vista apart was their communication skills. I understand that pools are in high demand, but they needs to learn how to manage client expectations. I'm sure business is good right now, but long term relationship management is how you make through the lean times. I have had extensive renovations and contract work on my house over the years. This was the worst experience I have even had. Very disappointed. The crew and foreman were excellent, the management was terrible.
