I went to license my car and I wasn't able to because they never sent the paperwork to the DMV but tried to lie and say it was the banks fault. I had to pay late fees because of their negligence. The DMV said, this doesn't surprise us with Janssen. They're known for this. I've had my car for 6 months and still NO ONE has ever contacted me regarding all of the issues I've had. I even had to call them after a month and ask if they were ever going to cash my down payment. I was and still am, extremely disappointed and frustrated with this entire experience.
