I've had bad experiences with a couple of places I brought her too. I'm now satisfied . Woof grooming is my go to place for dog grooming . After Mila's first grooming here I was very happy with her cut and decided I would bring her back here in the future . I've showed the groomer a picture of how I wanted her cut and they did a very good job on almost making it identical. Today would be her second grooming here . I was almost an hour late for her appointment today and they still took her . Most places would probably charge you or tell you to reschedule. They're also very honest with you when it comes to what you want done with your dog . They're very flexible with my schedule because I can only bring her on the weekends due to work schedule. I called PPN on a Sunday and Michelle was out the next day. She gave Boo his meds AND got him to eat!! It was a miracle!! By watching Michelle and listening to her advice and instructions Boo has improved and has been fairly steady. I now do his daily meds and Michelle visits weekly for his B12 shot and can give fluids if/when it comes to that. She give him lots of hugs and kisses too. I feel this extra time we have gotten is largely in part of her. Even more, Michelle is very engaging with my 7 year old. We all enjoy her visits. Thank you Michelle!!
