The next morning I was contacted with a quote and availability. Long story short I had a new liner and was adding water to my pool by 1:00 PM Friday. Jim B contacted me and let me know that the site foreman Allen and his team would arrive Friday to remove the old liner, add new cove and vermiculite. In less than 3 hours the team of 3 were finished. They did a phenomenal job! Packed up all boxes and old liner and parts, just like they were never here. I feel like I have a new pool! The liner is better than the original one that was installed with the pool. If you're looking for a new pool or just pool service I highly recommend Jim B's Pools!

Accused us of throwing a pool away, left us with lights not working, liner torn at the seam where liner meets beadlock, and ZERO advocating for us to get that liner replaced. Sent someone out to patch it instead. They just suddenly no longer existed. Their storefront closed, and after repeated attempts to see when they were coming back, we got blocked. Had to hire a pool tech to come look at our equipment & he said he's had to clean up SO MUCH of their work after they left many other customers. I CAN NOT RECOMMEND LETTING THESE GUYS BUILD EVEN A MUD PUDDLE FOR YOU!!

He will not return your text. He will not return emails. I've had a horrible experience with this even though I'm sick he took advantage of me. Again, I would give him a zero my every single one of the structural columns are crooked and on one side of my pool it looks like it's waving at me. It's absolutely horrible.
