i'll fill in this sheet after she's done. do not do business with her! impossible to get to finish the job! no contact info, no address, no referrals, no id, no phone number to call her and she left without telling us and left us un-finished 2 days in a row, without trying to reach us! we were in the house, she didn't even knock on the door and now she wants full payment on unfinished job! and is threatening us with court! we offered to pay for what she did, she texted me at 5am yelling and calling us all kinds of names and threatening us! beware of this sad person! how can i get help from yelp? read more

0 stars for a disgusting company and human being - she comes unannounced with random people to our property - she installed a filter and pump and suddenly we have a leak , when 1 week prior we finished a 30k Reno on the pool and all the lines were pressure tested NO LEAKS- I don't think she is licensed to do any plumbing work . She cane and took off our pool cover and wanted 500 dollars and said the leak was on use. She was the only person to touch the oool and do plumbing work! Very negligent! Disgusting she even filed for small claims for removing the pool cover - what kind of human is this? I am now going to be counter suing and filing suit for the shotty plumbing work and leak she created. Wonderful experience from the start and provided excellent service! As a first time pool owner we needed help figuring out everything and team was able to explain everything clearly. Susan aka "the Pool Goddess", is a very professional and extremely knowledgable pool service professional. I called her because my regular pool service company was unavailable and I was dealing with an emergency that required immediate attention because I was having a very large gathering and needed my pool up and running. We needed to have the pool shocked and vacuumed within a very short period of time. I had never used Susan before but none the less, she arrived within an hour of my call and quickly went to work. Not only did she get my pool in pristine condition for my party, but Susan also gave me some expert tips on how to improve the overall safety and efficiency of my entire system. Requested to replace liner. Susan started work 2 weeks late. When she came, she had attitude. Was demanding why I did not drain the pool which is her JOB. Liner was replaced but ended with multiple wrinkles. New liner should not. Bottom vermiculite unevenly distributed. You can feel small pebbles poking through the liner at the bottom. On the sides and at the deep side corners, Vermiculite placed but not enough. Valleys visible. When I asked Susan regarding the gaps, she lied that they will be unnoticeable when liner is in place. Danny , Susan's electrician did a wonderful job replacing the pool light. But at the same time, pump that was working last summer was shorted . Danny changed the electrical system and promptly installed a new timer. 2 months later pump shorted again. Reached out to Danny to come take a look. Danny verbally promised to come but never did. He instead texted and asked to Consult with Susan. This is the worst customer service. Totally insensitive to customer needs. All I hear is excuse after excuse. Will never use them again. Quality of job was half backed. Poor return on my hard earned money. read more
