He wasn't kidding when he said we had to start permitting process in summer 2025 to open in time for Memorial Day weekend 2026 either - getting construction permit processed was the biggest wait. Now we opened just in time for summer - and she's a beauty! Pool Boss team coordinated the whole project from start to finish - the designer Michael helped us get the plans and measurements exactly right, even taking into consideration our future addition plans for the property. Tina filed and coordinated a million permit forms for us. Matt & Dan were very patient helping us figure out the on-sight restrictions. The construction itself was very quick and fun to watch (the digging was done with surgical precision!). Special thank you to Joanna for very clear communication throughout! The scheduling and ongoing notifications to keep us apprised of the progress were very helpful! We went with PB's recommended contractors - JBJ for electric (super professional - and again, helped us run everything with future construction projects in mind), and United Stamped Concrete for landscaping (Felipe's team did a phenomenal job with out stamped concrete patio and grading, great attention to detail). The orientation with Eduardo was super clear - we've never operated a pool and he patiently explained every single detail about the equipment and maintenance. I hired Pool Service of NJ LLC in May 2026 to repair winter damage to my pool and install a new…read moreliner. Here is what I personally observed upon inspecting the finished job: -- The structural repair to the damaged pool wall was made by hammering the wall outward and applying duct tape. No other repair material was used on the damaged area. -- The new liner had multiple visible creases across the pool floor, which became apparent once the pool was filled with water. -- The pool hookup and seasonal preparation, which were part of the agreed scope of work, were never completed. On June 2nd, I contacted the representative I worked with (Sean) via text and phone to share my concerns. I did not receive a response. I also spoke with a second representative (Chris) at the main business number, who agreed to come assess the work the following morning. He never showed, and further calls and texts to both have gone unanswered. I also checked the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs license database and found that the company's Home Improvement Contractor (HIC) license was expired at the time the work was performed. I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs. I am sharing this based solely on my own experience as a paying customer.

It is now 2026 and we have been trying to reach Sean with no response -- calls go straight to voicemail. My wife called the company directly and was told he was not available. Still no callback. We are now forced to contact Linerworld directly and file a complaint with NJ Division of Consumer Affairs. I would not recommend this company until they stand behind their work.
