All these rules and lifeguards barking at people is for your own safety. Rules are in place for a reason. No one wants to see you get hurt. As for the people in the front desk. I didn't get any attitude of any sort. They seemed nice and helpful too. All-in-all I'd definitely come back again. ‍

I should have seen the bullshit, but I don't build pools, so what do I know? The project started quickly, within a few weeks they were ready to pour cement; this was in November 2015. They stopped showing up that November. The company wouldn't answer nor return phone calls. We actually drove to Las Cruces (over 3 hours) to meet with them, but no one would take our calls. In July of 2016 we met with a lawyer threatening lawsuit; that got them moving! We finally made head-way with our project, got things rolling again. And then, you guessed it! NOTHING. A year and a half later, we have started ripping everything out of the HOLE in our yard, sucking it up and cutting our loss. We paid this company a small fortune just to have our yard a complete disaster and a load of debt.

Well it's been a month and a half or two months and we're still waiting, I don't know if they're too busy or they just seem to be giving us excuses so I guess my lights will never be fixed on my Jacuzzi it's very disappointing for this company because we really loved talking to him and buying the Jacuzzi from them so I guess any warranty you have on it just doesn't matter!

Michael came highly recommended from a close family member who transacts on many home sales, special projects around town. Michael and Lisa came to our home, sat with us to discuss, draw out what we wanted and how we wanted the finished product to look. They brought color, tile, paint options for us to consider. Michael knows the ropes, proper build, foundation, required permits and provided a realistic timeline for completion. Initial location we wanted for the pool was rejected due to spacing, so, we quickly pivoted to a location in the yard that passed inspection. Right now, we're on track to finish early. I have to try to figure the finishing of the job on my Own. They manage to get the loan company to accelerate the payment schedule and the hold back is not enough to cover what's left. No pump, no dual hybrid heater , no lights no finish no cleanup, no communications. They made their profit and so to bad so sad for me and my family. They sales person lied when asked if this was a water dig he said no we have other pools in The area no water dig then I get hit with a 10k bill for water and helical piers; then delay after delay we'll beyond contractual completion date. ( 4 months now ) and no communication for a month and now the quotes in getting to complete the work are in excess of the hold back. I paid full prices cause I thought a company that makes good profit is more likely to complete the project vs a discounter who scams. I was wrong. The saddest parts are I don't know if I will be able to finish the pool financially and that they are doing this to more customers than just me. I don't have the energy or stomach for lawsuits and fighting but unfortunately they don't leave me any choice. I won't rollover but I pray that goodness touches these peoples hearts and they do the right thing. Enough things in this life are a battle now just wanting a pool for the kids in the family to grow up with is included. I am at a loss. I was hoping I could recommend this pool builder when all was said and done delays and all. Life happens but this ghosting for a month and the fact that they have been over paid for work done is just too much. You do what you want with this information trust that you would not have. A different experience . I am also owed 4k cash that was later replaced with a financed payment made by the lender. Nothing .
