Shayla also was very helpful as she coordinated the delivery and worked to ensure all my questions were answered. She had Evie come out and measure and pre plan for the delivery. They work so well together as a team!!! Great communication. 10 days after I visited the showroom my new hot tub is on my patio!!!! Mike and his delivery team were on time, professional and so nice. Frustrating experience with Juliano's installation and service in regards to originally installed…read morepool lights. Three seasons in, a pool light fails - ok, not happy, but whatever. Pay my $1,200 to replace. Soon after, another, and then quickly after that the third fails. Seems like a problem. Communicate with "service" manager who says "out of warranty", so sad, too bad ! Could not even admit to a problem that THREE, (all), lights failed after approx 2,000 hrs of use when they are expected to last over 50,000 ! I did get a free 2nd light, (I paid labor), and discounted the third with a promise that the owner would contact Haywood, (light manufacturer), after I pay my bill. I am still out approx. $2,000 to replace lights that WAY underperformed, with NO admission of a problem, (lights or install - either way, how about some responsibility). I chose Juliano's as their reputation for quality was unsurpassed... I am now concerned their obsession with revenue outweighs "standing behind their work". We paid more for quality, (I CERTAINLY could have found less expensive builder), with the expectation that they truly would partner with me on any reasonable issues. I am now afraid to use my pool lights ... another $3,500 in a few more years, and then again every 3 in perpetuity? ... it seems the service manager feels this is normal wear and is unconcerned, as it is "out of manufacturer warranty". Juliano's focus on revenue and responsibility avoidance makes me question my judgement. I have a nice pool that I dropped almost 6 figures into install with promises of integrity, quality, and service. This experience has left me frustrated and looking for other service providers.

We haven't really gotten into mini golf, tennis, or the water slides yet, but maybe when they're older. We have not done swimming lessons here either but we hear great things about the swim team. I did not deduct stars for this but would like to give fair warning that the snack bar this summer was VERY slow, understaffed, and prone to errors the times that we used it. I hope it improved throughout the season but we haven't utilized it since midway through the summer. We'll try again next year!

YES, there are a lot of rules and for a good reason!! If you don't want to come here to only swim or play Marco Polo, go somewhere else. Many people were told by the lifeguards where were rules on what was acceptable in the pool, which has yet to be found on the website. There are bathrooms, changing areas, showers, and a free splash pad outside the pool area. There is a designated food and eating area, but l've notice people "claim" the tables, even when not eating at them. Very inconsiderate for others who want to sit in the shade or eat. ****And note to patrons; PLEASE STOP SPRAYING YOUR SUN BLOCK NEAR THE FOOD TABLES. Sprayed food doesn't taste good
