I'll admit that I haven't used their services in maybe 9 months but have ordered service again based on my original experience. They were great the last time I used them. I wasn't able to meet them when they arrived as I was tied up on a conference call, but they texted me and were completely understanding. They said they would be as quiet as possible so as not to interrupt me, and they left a note on my door letting me know everything had been completed. The yard looked great and the process was very simple on my end. I will be sure to "re-review" after they visit my new house this upcoming Friday. I believe it was bought out by a larger franchise and has gone downhill since. We'd been using them since near 2022 and never had any problems. Would have the same few people in rotation coming and it was always great. Then a few months ago we started noticing our gate being left open, people showing up in unmarked vehicles, and even the bag of poop being left in our front yard. (See photos) I reached out to the company 2-3x and could never get someone on the phone. I finally emailed when the bag was left at our home on the lawn because that was unacceptable and I asked for them to call me so I could work it out with them, They said that it should have always been an extra cost for them to remove the poop they scoop and if it hasn't been over the last 3 YEARS, then they need to add it? Nothing about this being a new policy, but just that I should be getting charged more if this was not standard for our service? I was extremely confused, they offered no response for my concern and not to mention, they absolutely would not get on the phone if their company depended on it for some reason. So frustrating, cancelled service immediately and it's obvious they didn't care. This company does not care about its customers or the service they provide and it's blatantly obvious. read more

I had Poop 911 for several years and all was well until the new poop scoop technician started arriving at 6:45am-in the middle of me getting ready for work, letting the dogs out to do their business, etc. It was chaos and the dogs barking woke up the entire house. After a month or more of this, I reached out to Poop 911 to ask if the technician could come later in the morning, any day of the week. Their local office never answered so I sent an email. I received a rude/curt response stating it was impossible to change my schedule. No apologies or recognition of our years of being a customer. I cancelled my service in light of this but am still shocked that horrible customer service. I called another large poop scoop provider and they were very willing to work with me. Great service when it happens! The technician is always very thorough, and, with 2 German Shepherds and a Belgian Malinois, the poop accumulates quickly. The service is a Godsend. However, on rain-out days, I would like for the technician to come out on the next non-rainy day, and that doesn't happen. The past couple of times, he only came once that week instead of my usual twice/week. That is my only complaint. Otherwise, they are great! read more

This company is very unprofessional, unreliable and untrustworthy. I called and got an appointment for service on Friday. The timing and date were great because I knew I could be home when the technician arrived. They required my banking information or credit card before I could book the service which I provided. Friday came and went, and no one arrived, no called and no one cancelled. I was very upset that my time was wasted. I make several follow up calls to see what happened. No one answered or returned the call until the 4th attempt. I got a call from the OWNER, who said he lost a family member and apologized for not getting back to me soon, but said he would fix this, and he would call me in 2 hours as he was on his way to the office. He told me my call would be the first call of today. Needless to say, he didn't call, it was more of the same. Lies, and more lies and now deceit. Not sure how a person can expect to stay in business if they operate in such a shameful way. Not sure why a company would want your banking and credit card information and not give you what you both agreed to and not even try. I don't think the Owner is credible and I think you have to watch carefully these reviews because they are a bit misleading, as my experience, is the complete opposite. NOT RECOMMENDED! read more

I went to their website, created an account, entered my credit card and setup biweekly service, and selected my desired service date. All set, right? Well not really. The next day I received an email from Raymond saying he could not service me b/c my address doesn't show up on GPS (newly constructed house doesn't register on Google). Even though I'd given him detailed instructions as to how to get to my home from two different directions, he said my address had to be on GPS to be serviced. No creative, customer service focused ideas coming from them LOL. So word to the wise: contact them BEFORE entering your credit card info on their site to make sure they will grace you with their presence. Also ask what day they service your area as that was a second issue he brought up. Also, they appear to be inexpensive at first but after adding fees for removing poop from your front yard, taking the poop away from your home and disposing of it (why isn't this included? - wow), and deodorizing your yard the bill can be considerably more costly. read more

We have used this service for a little less than a year now and are never going back to our pre poop 911 days! Raymond runs a great operation. Friendly, reliable, and quick response time. Our weekly service is done by Michael and he is wonderful! Very friendly and thorough. I always receive a text 10-15 min before arrival. He often comes during my baby's meal times and he always stops to wave with a big smile through our window wall. I was even alerted when a snake was found in our yard. Michael went above and beyond making sure to get rid of the snake for us since I have two young boys and a small dog. Our family is very happy with our experience. read more

The worst customer service ever. They never even got to service my yard. Communication was through email and Landa only blamed me and made excuses for their service. All my info was entered online and they didn't keep their word for when they would come out. I sent a follow up email for them to confirm again even after they didn't show and the email back said that I didn't need to be angry and use exclamation marks... I immediately called another company (Poo the Rescue) and got the BEST service from them. I sent corporate the email I had receive and finally Landa included his/her name and phone number and said I didn't need to go to corporate, that again it was my fault! I also have had a bad experience with this business in Houston. At first the service was pretty good, although as time went on I started to discover more and more missed "product" in my yard. My biggest issue is with their billing service which would bill even for the weeks, they did not come out. Once I cancelled, I was billed three additional times. If you consider using this company please think twice. They are not reliable and do not have any idea on how to run a business. They actually completely stopped coming to my home and will not return my calls or emails. I attempted one final time to call today. Yolanda (owner) answered the phone and when I told her who I was she actually hung up on me.
