I like the company when they did the job but that was rare. The business has no customer service. I signed up online. They never told me who was coming to my house. They never knocked and introduced themselves. They never verified my property lines or what areas needed picked up. It would of been nice to have a five minute face to face to set expectations and verify the property. They charged weekly but missed big piles of poo all the time. read more

It started out great. They cam early and emptied the two litter boxes. Then they started coming at odd hours. Then they skipped altogether and the charges stayed on my credit card even though I called them. Now they simply don't answer. read more

If you don't have the time or just plain don't want to, this is the guy to call to remove fo waste from your yard! He is kind to our dogs (brings them treats) and very thorough and reliable. Has never missed a week! Well worth the nominal cost! Best in town! read more

I remember thinking, wouldn't it be great if we didn't step in dog poop whenever we enjoy our back yard. Hmmm...with three dogs, one of them 100 lbs, it was like a mine field back there! I googled dog poop removal, not expecting much. Lo and behold, POOP 911! It must be close to a year since the first time they came and now we never have to think about it! If it weren't for the dogs barking and the lack of "mines" we would never know they were here. I strongly recommend Poop 911. You can have a mine free yard, too! read more

I had considered this service several times but never signed up because it seemed like a needless luxury. Finally I took advantage of a special, and I'll never go back to handling (very poorly) this task myself. I love being able to walk through my yard without dodging yard bombs and having it squished by the lawnmower.
