1-Star Review I…read moretrusted this place based on all the positive reviews, but now I truly believe most of them might have been written by the shop itself. I brought in my 2025 Mercedes GLE Coupé for a very minor scratch on the rear bumper -- a small mark from my driveway. When I picked up the car three days later, I was honestly shocked. The bumper had been painted so poorly that it didn't match the rest of the vehicle at all. The paint job looked completely off and unprofessional. Despite this, I still paid the full amount. But I left very disappointed. I'm writing this review to warn others and to hopefully find a trustworthy place that can fix their mistake properly. Luxury cars deserve attention to detail -- unfortunately, I didn't find that here.

This is collision auto body place? I assume this guy (Mr. Alex) put junks together and sell them as good cars without any issue. If you are confident without lie why can't you let to bring it to other mechanic for inspection the vehicles you certify and e-tested to my mechanic?

I had a chip on the top of my lift on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. My Jeep is white and it was defiantan eyesore. Plus I'm a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to my vehicle. I called and described my situation and of course they could not give me a quote over the phone as they had not seen it so I brought it in later in the afternoon. As soon i they asked how they could help me the gentlemen who fielded my phone call remembered immediately who I was. I explained the chip and was concerned it was big enough it would have to be filled before painted. He came out to take a look and told me I could either have it touched up with paint or have the complete piece repainted. I suggested a touchup with an estimate that way if I was not happy with the touchup I knew how much it was going to cost to fully repair. He quickly worked up a quote that came out $700 less than what my boyfriend and I originally thought it would be...plus the quote is valid for 6 months! Unheard of. Now here it comes....the touchup. The assistant manager (AJ) at the front counter came in and asked me if the Jeep was mine. When I responded yes he told me he personally would just have it touched up as it was so small and in such a spot no one would ever be able to notice the touchup. The gentleman walked out with a bottle of touchup paint and applied it under a minute...I could barely noticed it seconds later! He then handed over the bottle of touchup paint to me! What...handed it over to me and told me to keep it. Excellent service with honesty and fairness for the customer. How can one go wrong with giving their business to this establishment?

I can now see why they have a five star rating. My driver side door had swung open in the wind when I was getting out hitting another car's outside mirror which caused damage to above my driver side door that I would see every day getting into my car. I brought my car to Hawley when I called as they told me to bring my car into look at. One of their service guys polished out the area that was hit as if nothing had happened to the top part of my driver's door which was damaged. Hawley did not charge me anything and I was very appreciative of the service they had provided to me which instead they could have told me I would have to spend $1200 to repaint my whole door. I went to Hawley Collision Center (recommended by my insurance company) as well as other repair shops to get an estimate. Hawley was the only one who gave me the quickest turnaround time! Only a few hours later they called me and said they ordered my window, applied my tints and could install it the next day at 9am. The installation had to wait a day due to my tints still being wet otherwise, if I didn't have tints they would've easily installed it the same day. I left my vehicle with them and could only pick it up after 6 due to work and Dee (owner) said it wasn't a problem and could even wait until 7pm for me. Talk about outstanding customer service! Dee and Eric were extremely friendly and professional. Thank you for restoring my car to what it was before. You saved me from freezing my a** off and the embarrassment of driving around with a taped plastic bag. I noticed they even detailed my car! It was impeccably clean from the carpets, to the seats to even the dash! Ugh, so incredibly grateful for you guys. Highly, highly, recommend!

I found Direct Repair through Yelp and I an so glad I did. Dougei Lankagi was amazing from the day I came in for an estimate. He knew I had to get several estimates before the moving company would pay, but he treated me like I was a long time customer. Luckily the movers did let me have Direct Repair fix my car, and Dougei was once again incredibly friendly and got my car in and out within 4 days of my calling to make my appointment. My Subaru looks brand new again, and I now have a go to place in Toronto if I ever need body work again!

Then when the get your vehicle they say "Unfortunately, Audi gave us the wrong quote for the bracket we needed to order for your car" was followed up with "After giving the car a wash to get a better look with my tech, they will be needing more time to fix the extent of the damage. I apologize for underestimating the repair." They screw around with what is damaged and never make all the repairs in their quote, thus saving themselves money on parts. You continually have to check their quotes against others, wasting so much time and energy with their gamesmanship. If you're just looking to charge your insurance company as much as possible I would recommend their expertise. That's clearly what they are in business to accomplish.
