We were assured by the sales woman that we could place the order and after measuring the size of the room at home, we could cancel the order or change to a custom size at no extra cost. The sales lady insisted on placing the order and produced a document for us to sign. Upon measuring the room, we called to inform the sales lady that the night stands would not fit. The sales lady then held us to the signed sales agreement indicating that they could only offer credit for other merchandise in the store and noted that custom night stands were no longer an option. Her unaccommodating response was clearly approved by the owner of the store. BEWARE: read the find print before you buy anything from this store because of deceptive sales tactics.

Their return policy is horrible. Tracking status said delivered November 7th. I called on November…read more21st to inquire about why my refund was not processed after item received. I had to call and get AI to service me before a human got on the call, and was worse than the AI because no progress made during the phone call. Later on down the line I get an email and the refunded amount is less than the purchase price before taxes. I talked to the online chat robot and the breakdown is that they charged me $9.99 for a shipping label fee and $5.93 tax. I don't understand what they mean when stating that the refund was processed after the return had expired. When I got the email with the return label it had a December date to get the item returned by. And the email never mentioned charging me for the return label when they emailed the return label to me. So they're charging me tax for a return label and this is all digital until I printed it out. This is crazy and skamish! They made it seem like things would be seamless but this is a complete rip off if you need to return. My nephew didn't like the replica Jersey so I was going to purchase the official jersey but not from fanatics. Not anymore! Their return policy has stopped me from making any purchases in the future.

The trucker hats were completely crushed and arrived beyond reformation because they had been flattened with other merchandise--hoodies and shirts--packed on top of them in what appeared to be a roughly 4" x 8" box. This is not an issue caused by the customer. It is basic common sense when shipping structured hats: don't flatten and crush them to make everything fit into a box that is clearly too small. After fighting through the automated chat system, I finally reached what was supposed to be a live customer service representative. Unfortunately, there was still no meaningful resolution to an issue that was clearly the result of improper packaging and shipping. Fanatics, you are already charging premium prices for your merchandise. The least you can do is package it properly and stand behind it when your own shipping process damages the product. Do better, Fanatics.
