I called Brian w/ Lockhart, reached him immediately, (which was amazing) and within 3 hours or so, we had a working dryer! Not only that- we were given valuable information regarding self-maintenance/how to potentially prevent the issue from reoccurring! Brian and Zach arrived w/ parts for multiple possible issues- reflecting their knowledge and experience. They were prompt, professional, speedy on repair, very reasonable (price-wise)--and incredibly friendly!! Our dryer is working perfectly, and our laundry room is cleaner than when they arrived! I will gladly write this company it's first Yelp review!!…read more A little Google search brought up "Home Advisor" which brought up this company first (I was looking for attic fan repair). Was able to schedule a visit online via the website (for those who don't like human contact, this is a fun feature). Unfortunately my requested time wasn't available but Patriot contacted me not long after scheduling to find a better time. A younger, handsome, charismatic gentleman showed up on time a couple days later (he even called 30 mins prior with an eta) and got right down to business. During his appointment, I had another going on for window installation which he was more than accommodating to and very understanding/patient. Within 10 minutes, he had not only determined the issue but fixed it as well as gave my attic fan a once-over to make sure it was good shape. While I signed papers and made my payment (which was very fair), he offered to address any additional concerns and even asked if we'd like his company to be the primary servicer of our HVAC. Ultimately, I passed on his business card to two people the same day and I haven't stopped ranting and raving since. I have only ever been this pleased with one other business in the Springfield area and I look forward to keeping Patriot and All Service on the horn for my home. Thanks!!!

I called Thad based on the recommendation of someone else. When I told him my issue (furnace would…read morenot light), he told me he had an out of town job, but would swing by on his way back around mid to late afternoon. He kept in touch with me throughout the day, letting me know that the out of town job was taking longer than expected. He arrived at my house after normal business hours, and had my problem diagnosed and fixed in about an hour. The cost to fix my issue was considerably less than what I was expecting (parts and labor) given that it was after hours. I would definitely recommend him!
