They were very sell's oriented trying to promote their monthly VIP service, and telling us we most likely need a new sewer pipe. Two days later we call Roto-Rooter they ask where our clean out is? We tell them we don't know, so they say they will need to install one before they can clear the drain $4,200!! And there's also a chance we need a need sewer line $10,000!!!! Mike sent out a friend he works with and the man waled right to the back of the house., pulled off some boot, and shove a grinding machine in the pipe... Boom cleared in 20 minutes!!!! Didn't even charge me!!' Said he will get the money next week when he puts a clean out in for only $1,500!!!!! SHOP LOCALLY!!!! I will never use anyone else ever again for my plumbing issues!!!
