I know why they are calling it the Bloc! It's big! Everything was clean and so organized. The displays looked like they were from a cover of a magazine! Whoever is putting together each area has a true gift! Prices are far less than other places I have visited. I certainly have to stop back when I drop sizes and am due for a new wardrobe! I am going to get more bang for my buck at this place! The cashier was a huge help pointing me in the right direction, and I am a fan of those blue eyes! Secondly and most importantly, this thrift shop exists literally to bless others. Each month, the store chooses a different organization to which the entire month's profits go. I like small town thrift stores as they price things accordingly and profits help social service agencies. A win win for everyone. I searched cds and records and the whole store. Needed a key to use the bathroom. I found this cute homemade rug made by persons served at STEP. It was 30"x 27" and $16.20. Amish rugs go for much higher. Plus it was made with pride. They also have a store in Staples, MN. STEP stands for Serving Teaching & Empowering People. I've worked in social services for over 20 years, so supporting this store is gratifying for me.
