Once we saw they were closing soon we apologized and offered to leave before they started preparing our meal (because walking in a restaurant at closing time is a jerk move for sure). The chicken was very tender, the sauce was extremely flavorful, and the rice was perfectly cooked. The naan was good. It was a little bit chewy for my liking, but it was still really good. I enjoyed the samosas. They had that nice bit of spice and kick. Overall, the restaurant is minimal on the inside. They serving to go containers which I think is very smart. They have a few drink options in the soda machine. A drink came with my meal and they told me just to pick a canned drink out of the cooler. My grandfather and I wanted KFC, we got Taco Bell…read more The times are completely wrong - the many signs on the building say the times for Friday goes from 10:00AM to 11:00PM, but only the Taco Bell was open. There was no waylay to tell the times applied only applied to the Taco Bell (I checked everything and everywhere: the entire building, all links the signs had, and nothing gave any information about the KFC being closed then). Also, the Taco Bell might actually close at ten, it was around 9:50 when I went there, making the times even more wrong. I wrote a longer paragraph here, but accidentally deleted it, so I am summarizing it. We waited 5+ minutes for the person on the intercom to come (we tried talking to it, with no reply). When the person on the intercom finally spoke up, they weren't understandable, and when my grandfather asked them to repeat it, they annunciated it very rudely. They then messed up our order/added things that weren't there. We eventually decided on just getting soft tacos because we were tired, and my grandfather tried to order a coke zero. Key word: tried. They gave him a Diet Pepsi, even though they had repeated Coke to us. (Side note, I also checked everything they had listed online, and they didn't even have any coke products.) The food itself was fine, but the experience made it not worth it... and we were starving. Yes, this was a summary of what I wrote... I think this was the worst fast food experience I've ever had, and I've been to many horrible fast food places - ones that mess up your order entirely, say they're out of things the next person orders just fine, an extremely hard to get-out-of exit/entrance, put something you are allergic to on your food even though you told them your allergy, etc. None of this was ai written.
