We stopped here around mid-afternoon just to get a coffee and some fries as a road-trip snack. This sort of visit is about the only time I'm ever inside a McDonald's these days. The food itself was fine / as expected. The only thing I noted that was different that most McDonald's was that any of the self-serve stuff had been stripped bare - no drinks, no napkins, no ketchup, nothing. I assume they made this choice to reduce waste / save money for the owner. I assume you can request napkins, etc. You can obviously order drinks too. I don't necessarily think it is a bad decision, it was just quite different here than at other locations. Just FYI. read more

Wanted to say that Tiffany and staff today went above and beyond. Ordered breakfast on app but when we arrived were told they were out of breakfast items. I waited 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich. They gave me a burned one. Never again. This is the second time this location has failed me.

This is not the same McDonald's my kids and I used to go to. The blonde older woman and the manager on night shift belong in the bad place. Every time I've came to McDonald's at night these same women are extremely rude and my food is never right. The only one with any manners is the young boy. I'll normally take any opportunity to throw a McDonalds under the Yelp bus, but in this case they really weren't bad. We were only stopping by for a quick drive through drink (caffeine) fix on our way home so this review isn't for a dine in experience. Drive through was orderly and they moved through customers pretty quickly. Employee working the drive through line was friendly and got our drink orders first time round. They did have a problem with the app and didn't understand we weren't trying to get something free - just logging the coffee my wife got towards her rewards. Drinks were fresh and coffee was hot and made to order (correct # of cream and splenda). Overall we'd stop here to get drinks again if we are in the area. read more

I just wanted the locals to know they shouldn't even waste their time or money going to the Bremen McDonalds....I stopped by there last night with an EASY order, and the visit lasted over 20 minutes with a RIDICULOUS outcome! First the guy told me since I had ordered a double quarter pounder I had to go wait in spot #2, so I did....after like 5 minutes they brought out my order, and I realized the double quarter pounder I had been waiting for wasn't even in the bag! I went inside, and the manager apologized profusely and she literally said that the staff just doesn't care and there's really nothing she can do about it! Anyway I got my "double quarter pounder" and left-thinking SURELY they'd get it right since I heard the manager plainly repeat the order to the cook...as I drove away I wanted to eat what they had originally brought out to me in spot #2, and it was totally wrong-I despise onions and had ordered it with ketchup only and it was covered in onions! I turned around on Hwy 27 and went BACK-again the manager apologized profusely and I got the food and came home. When I got home I realized I had no fries, that COME with the combo, the quarter pounder wasn't even the DOUBLE I had paid for, and the condiments included in the bag were ranch and honey....when I had only ordered burgers!! What in the actual HELL is wrong with these people? my son just came through the drive through and the cashier told him if h had a door dash number to go back around and give them the number . my son stated can you not just take it at the window and she said no. my son drove BACK around and went to the drive through speaker that was available and the lady came back on the speaker and told him if he had a door dash code he had to go to the OTHER speaker. my son went to the other speaker to give her the code and as he was driving off the girl called him a BITCH after he gave her the code and she told him to pull forward. she thought she had turned off her mic. so when my son got the food he asked the lady at the window for the other ladies name that took his order and whatnot and the lady said she couldn't give him her name but she was the manager. so my son said well what's your name and she refused to give him her name as well and then told my son if he didn't leave she would call the law and have him banned or locked up! avoid this location at all cost! my son is 19 ye old going to college and working 2jobs ! he's a CNA and he does this job on the side to make the ends meet. my son is a yes ma'am and no ma'am person! Avoid this location. The wait time, especially if you're traveling, is waaaay too long, and if you've done an app order and can't wait the 30 minutes to get your food, they won't refund your order amount, unlike chic-fil-a. You will have to call your credit card company to dispute the claim. I called the location (this is what it tells you to do in the app) to tell them what happened, and the woman answering the phone told me she couldn't credit my account because she didn't know if I was lying or not! read more

We have had issues every time we order from this McDonalds. The food is generally hot (thank goodness!) but getting our order takes forever and there is always something missing or incorrect. We have gotten our order several times without our drinks and waited almost 20 mins and still didn't get it. There have been times that we just left because they wouldn't return to the counter or bring us our drink. And if they forget to give you sauces, be prepared to wait another 15-20 mins. I would give this place zero stars if possible. The evening manager is a terrible person. She completely messed up my order then got smart with me when it was wrong. She has a horrible attitude and the other employees are afraid of her. She acted like she was bothered by a new cashier trying to ask her about my coupon then came over to the registered and messed up my order. Complete and total incompetence! I have had to make complaints about this location to McDonald's corporate more than once. they regularly get the orders wrong. now they've decided they don't want to staff the register, so even if you go inside, you have to place your order on the kiosk. my husband recently told the rude teenager who said he had to use the kiosk to go to hell and do his damn job by taking his order at the register (where hubby was going to have to go anyway because he was paying cash). on 11/22/2022, we ordered via the app and after waiting at the curbside spot for 20 minutes, the order came out without our drink order because...THEY HAD NO SODA. this was not the first time that had happened. I said I didn't want water or a frappe, I wanted a refund. we waited another 10 minutes for the poor kid to come back out to tell us they couldn't refund the drink because it was ordered through the app. the corporate response has always been, "we've contacted the franchisee and they'll contact you," but they never do. this place is definitely one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to, but it's the only one near us and my husband loves McDonald's. I ordered a chicken meal and an iced coffee. I took around five minutes to get my coffee and twenty to get my meal. My meal was completely forgotten and I was on a very tight schedule. When I worked at McDonald's, it was 15 seconds for drive thru and 30 seconds for counter customers. Apparently the standards have changed over the years. Every time I order at the Bremen restaurant I ALWAYS have to check my bag, and every single time I have to ask for something that is supposed to be in there. It's ridiculous when you have to ask for napkins or a straw! And EVERY time except once, I have had to ask for my sauce for the nuggets. 3 out of the five times I've been in the restaurant for dine in, I've had to clean the bottom of my shoes when I got home, because the floor in the counter area was sticky.....and there were wet floor signs! Don't they ever change their mop water? One time I went in and waited 9 mins and no one even acknowledged me at the counter(the grill people didn't even say anything to the front end, and THEY saw me standing there!).....while the manager stood in the corner talking to a customer! I left after those 9 mins., and have not dined in since that experience, and rarely go through the drive thru. I drive the extra miles to go to the Carrollton location. I get quick and FRIENDLY service there! In fact, I went there the day I was completely ignored at the Bremen location. Had food in hand 22 seconds after driving away from the order board!
