I stood at the front counter for 4-5 minutes with no acknowledgment. There were at least five employees that passed me during this time then a young lady came from the back must've been the cashier and took my order. They called my name, but said my name incorrectly when I repeated my name to clarify that it was my order I was met with the attitude. Food is fine, but the place is disgusting and the staff is rather rude. Biggest complaint though is the health and safety. Staff isn't wearing gloves to prepare to food, the ceilings are covered in mold, A/C vents are rusty and steady leaking water just straight onto the floor, bathrooms are dirty with vomit residue in the sink, etc. really, really, gross. read more

Placed and online order an hour early, went in for pick up, they literally ripped my receipt off the register and said O. So I went to my car, waited, came back, waited, they finally got it together, but missing stuff. Go back, the manager, cause she was wearing green said I knew you was missing something! I have gotten a raw chicken sandwich two times in the last three weeks. First time was told that the chicken was thicker than normal and the cook should have put something to hold it down while it cooked. this time the chicken was not thick and still was not properly cooked. it was pink and chewy. i loved the sandwiches but this is my last :^( Popeyes please review you procedures and audit the process to prevent this from happening to someone that may get really sick. Zero stars wasn't an option. I paid $125 and Popeyes didn't give me 3 things out of my order. I call them and ask if I can come pick it up tomorrow because they're about to close and the manager proceeds to put the blame on the Uber Eats driver for not checking everything. I was in the drive threw today. Took 30 to get my order from start to finish. Upon arriving home and opening the boxes I order 2, 10 pc and one 6 pc tenders . Some of the chicken crust falling off 2 orders of fries limp and greasy and no tenders . Call spoke with the manager best she could offer was bring it back and she would replace it. or sorry. Well the weather is rainy and after already having 30 mins of my time down the tubes just placed it in the oven and crisp up the crust and tossed the fries. This has always been one of the best locations I use. Never again enjoy the 40 plus dollars I spent . read more

The workers there were so nice but the manager was terrible. They have a flashing sign that says GHOST PEPPER WINGS 12 for $5.99. They rang up for $8.99. (The huge sign is NEXT to the cash register counter). When the sweet girl called the manager over, he started yelling at me and my friends.. that that isn't for his Popeyes. We thought he should honor it because its on his wall. He kept on and on about how he wasn't going to and did I want them or not. I am 46 yrs old and have never had someone yell at me in a place of business and I was in there with 8 other ladies and my mom. Ruined my meal and afternoon. The only real issue with this Popeyes is, well, everything. The workers are terrible, needlessly angry people who obviously enjoy fucking up orders for the fun of it. A group of people on our bus ordered, and not a single person got sauce. One was even given onion rings instead of fries. Not to mention one of the workers gave me Herpes. read more

The food is always good here. We ordered the wing special today and they forgot our drink. The staff members were friendly, but they could've at least been more happy. The manager fired a great employee he never complained about once claiming one day out of the blue he was "too slow washing dishes" and from the momment he started there told him he was his fastest batterman.
