The service was good. The menu well versed, something for everyone. The food was good. The restaurant was old school but well taken care of. We noticed many improvements to the building.

Large menu, lots of choices. Family atmosphere , most tables seemed to be regulars. Friendly fast service. We had plates of fried oysters with red beans and rice and cornbread. All tasty and well done. Well worth a detour off the highway.

Wow! This place is great! The menu has plenty of options that are all priced at low prices! The service was fast and very friendly. The inside has plenty of room with lots of tables to sit at. Everything was clean and well kept! This is a must go place if you're in the Picayune area!

My brother and I were traveling to Baton Rouge and found this gem. It's delicious and as far as I can tell, super authentic- they've been there for at least 30 years! I even ran into a woman a bit later working at a gas station and mentioned the food/ place and she lit up and said how much she loves it and worked there for 4 years. We had the jambalaya, gumbo, boudin; and crab cakes- again- a must go!

Lunchtime and you're in Picayune, Mississippi, where to go ? I check out YELP and found that Two Sisters came highly recommended. A couple of rules I go by while traveling is: 1. No fast food 2. Eat at a place you never have before Two Sisters sounded good and met both of the above requirements I started off with a good green salad with honey mustard, then a great cup of chicken/sausage gumbo!!! Fried pork chop and red beans and rice was the main course. Everything was great. I hate saying this, but that was too much food. Yes good, but probably enough for two meals. You definitely will not leave hungry!!! I liked the atmosphere, nothing fancy, just good ole cooking and great service! When in Picayune, give them a try. Go get Full

The cashier ask me, "what would you like?" as well as, "how are you?". I tell her Im good and asked how she was doing. I get to ordering. This older worker walked up to the cashier while I am ordering and starts laughing in my face. I have no clue who or what he was laughing at. He had the rest of his teeth showing very unhygienic and intensely yellow-brown. I am genuinely concerned for this citizen that deals with hot grease on the regular. He might have fried his teeth in an accident. I'm not quite sure. Im concerned, this man might have dropped his teeth in the fryer. Following this I walk to a table for 2 by the window to wait for my order. The table was intensely sticky. Keep in mind there is a Brazilian wax parlor across the street. I see a male worker walking out the kitchen to a customers table out from the kitchen. The entire 20ft walk he is big eyed tryinf to look into Brazilian wax across the street. It seems as if they have already had complaints of creeping because of the double sided mirror front windows. I assume. The food itself was okay . I would definitely recommend Kenny's seafood in Slidell before pearls any day. Don't recommend. You will get a face full of hot maybe if contaminated breath. Enter cautiously and be safe . P.s. gave me bubble guts BAD!

Just what you are looking for in a SE LA boil pot. The good sized shrimp come through and carry the flavor without any other seafood flavors out of the deep fryer. Fries also taste like potatoes and not like seafood. Seafood Gumbo was decent, flavorful not overly salty or spicy. I had rice with it and found sausage, shrimp, and okra. It's always good to taste someone else's gumbo in particular because it's cooked by the multitudes to the defense and guarded family recipe, to each their own. Can't wait to go here for oysters! The lines waiting to place an order went quick at peak times. The wait for the food was maybe 15 minutes. The wait is not a problem because the ...don't be shy say hello.
