Perfect Louisiana fast food !! Spicy , chicken always good ... love their popcorn shrimp

This restaurant is experiencing air conditioning failure. It was approximately 80+ degrees in the lobby. I can't express how unsanitary and obnoxiously hot this particular restaurant is servicing their customers in. My issue: I order (2) 2 cane dine meals, I remember this well because the young lady showed me how to activate the "code" to receive a Popeyes digital coupon code. I will include a photos of what I opened up my chicken box to represent my order. I'm extremely disappointed in this level of customer experience. This was day old chicken, I didn't look at it until I arrived at my destination. (It was hot when I opened the box and looked good.) When I discovered it was the wrong pieces I called the restaurant several times with no answer, I could drive back to the restaurant at that time., so I returned it the next day. The GM who worked that day gave me the wrong order and wouldn't correct it for me. I didn't have my receipt but I had my purchase on my phone and the chicken in the box above. Today I went to this restaurant while waiting to get my truck tires replaced. I made my order which was a 3 piece wings only with red beans & a 4 piece legs & thighs with red beans. I paid $27.74 in cash to place my order. From the beginning The manager on duty was very rude and obnoxious. I asked the young lady for wings only & he blurted out "No" when she asked him if it could be done. If I'm not mistaken the customer is always right. I was given cold food & the service was horrible. He even let his employees have attitudes with customers also. When I got my food from the young lady she forgot my sides of red beans. I left without paying attention but, when I went back they were being rude about it. The young lady threw my sides on the counter & did not even want to accept my food back after I explained to her & her manager that it was cold. She rolled her eyes at me like it was an issue to replace the food that I spent my hard earned money on. If I could give this restaurant a zero I would have given it to them with a negative. Customer service was ATROCIOUS! The management here is completely incompetent! The cashier who took my order in the drive (her name is Essence) was very impatient while taking my order, instead of upselling and being kind and courteous she completely tried to rush my order whilst saying "what else"! When I finished placing my order I pulled to the window not knowing how much my total was. I asked to speak to the manager and the lady who took my order. The manager (Christopher) was taking payments in the window and wanted to argue with me saying she did absolutely nothing wrong. I need the district management team to listen to the recording of the drive around 5:15 pm. After the aforementioned is completed I need to receive communication. We waited over 15 mins at the drive-thru speaker. Only once did they say to please wait. There was only one car in front of us. We then had to wait another 10 mins for the food. When we finally got the food, the order was wrong and we had to go in to correct it. The staff needs better training and they should have a manager on site. Stop at Popeyes yesterday, went on the inside there was t his nice lady I think she told me her name was Cherry, what a beautiful name. She took my order and was real nice. my food was nicely packed. I think she is a crew member and should be move up to Manger because that how you are suppose to be treated as a customer. So I thought I'd try the chicken sandwich that everyone's raving about it was decent. But I could just have the chicken and I'm fine. But true disclaimer is I'm not much of a bread person. The sandwich comes with a sauce which taste like a mayonnaise mix with a little bit of maybe onion and garlic and some hotdogs and then pickles on a buttered bun. I went through the drive-through this location about 2 o'clock on a Saturday afternoon I was one of two cars. The girls seem to have a bit of an attitude that was at the window. She would not even take the orders over the speaker she would just tell you to pull up one by one. I have the sandwich with mashed potatoes and gravy that was yummy and with the sweet tea which is crazy sweet but yummy also. I also ordered a strawberry cheese pie which is not cheap it's $1.99 and it was cold so I was a bit disappointed. The temperature of the food was lukewarm and not hot but tasted OK. The man in front of me was called a name and when he came back after they messed his order up the manager was confrontational with him. She then asked the 3 of us, only ones in the restaurant, what we thought.
