I just had Poppins do a deep clean at my house for the first time. They sent three young and energetic cleaners. All of them are native English speakers, which made explaining my special instructions much easier than it has been with a couple of other services I've used. They were focused and friendly, got the job done in about two hours, and left. Easy! They even helped me look for my skittish cat so I could put her outside while they vacuumed. I was happy enough with their service that I almost hate to recommend them for fear they'll be harder to book. Such attention to detail deserves praise and acknowledgement, though. This is well worth your money! Poppins Cleaning is professional and their work is completely outstanding. I booked them off Yelp when I was in a time crunch. Our one bedroom apartment was very dirty and we had guest staying at the end of the week. Dani was able to fit us in before our visitors came! I was truly impressed with their service. They went above and beyond what was expected! We used Poppins Cleaning for our move out cleaning and they did an outstanding job. The WORST cleaning company EVER. I have a 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom apartment with a bed frame, 2 sofas and large box. I have hardwood floors. I asked for a move- in clean and quoted $250 and when the 2 women showed up an Hour LATE, they called their manager and said the place is dirty, which it was not. Only the toilet and tub needed to be scrubbed clean. 4 hours later NOTHING was done. They left. I took pictures and called the Manager who stated the 2 women told her they spent an hour in the bathroom and the water buildup would not move. I HAD TO CLEAN THR BATHROOM MYSELF. And the toile took 5 mins and the tub 15 mins. The Manager was rude and only went off second hand information and said she will deduct $20....... NEVER SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. read more

First Yelp review ever. These guys are worth it. They're incredible! Very easy to work with, efficient, kind, and thoughtful. They were scheduled to come to my house on a Friday evening. I was stuck in rush hour traffic, so I ended up getting home a bit later than we'd planned - they were super flexible. Once they got to cleaning, I basically got to sit on the couch for one and a half hours while they: did my dishes, started a load of laundry, thoroughly cleaned two bedrooms and bathrooms, mopped, and vacuumed. I've just moved into my home and there are boxes everywhere...they made them disappear. They even wrote an inspirational message on my whiteboard. :) And the prices? Can't beat them! Consider me a very happy customer. Also, if they take a few days to respond to your quote / email, be patient! They will follow up. Poppins did an amazing job! They're honest, really reasonably priced, professional, detail-oriented, and focused on customer satisfaction. I highly recommend them. We hired Dani and her crew to come clean a large two-story house we rent out as the previous tenants had just moved out and left it on the dirty side. The day of the cleaning, Dani was super attentive and texting me updates about their arrival time since it was going to be their last appointment of the day; we booked a few days in advance and they were kind enough to fit us in since the new tenants were going to be moving in that upcoming weekend. That really helped coordinate with my schedule and knowing that I didn't have to just wait around all afternoon. Once they arrived, the were incredibly friendly, professional, and focused on getting all the details. They gave me an estimate of how long the cleaning would take, but also kept me updated via text since they mentioned that once they got into it they really go into detail-mode. And let me tell you... they went into it! We came back a few hours later and the place was spick and span! They did absolutely everything you can think of: baseboards, blinds, inside of windows, cabinets, drawers, fans, spot cleaning carpets, oven, cooktop, microwave, you name it. Poppins is coming Friday to help me before guests arrive and I can't wait to tell you what a great job they did and to change this to a five star! I scheduled a very last minute move-out cleaning service which included: ceiling fans, exterior and interior cabinets/drawers, blinds, interior windows, baseboards, doors, light switches, inside of fridge and oven, and carpet deep cleaning. However I called her in November last year trying to make an appointment for December.
