It isn't very often that you run into a gas station or truck stop and have a good experience. I had to stop here while on the road because my pregnant bladder couldn't hold it any longer. Here's what impressed me: 1. The young gentleman behind the counter greeted me when I walked through the doors. He was nice, polite and approachable. 2. The bathrooms were CLEAN. I mean, practically spotless, which is sooo appreciated. I will say they were lacking in healthier drink options like sparkling waters, kombucha and my other go-to's. They should consider bringing in some inventory of the sort. But, all and all very happy with our experience here. It was quick, easy, the facilities are nice and new, staff was friendly and after searching around I did eventually find a healthier alternative refreshment. Will be back to support this establishment again in the future! read more

This review has nothing to do with the store or inside the Market. The gas station is clean, but there are a few big issues. #1, the "Low" gas price they advertise on their sign is not a cash price like most gas stations, it's a price with a car wash. #2. Speaking of the car wash, we opted to stop and pay $12 for the basic wash. Our car was covered with pollen, dirt, and bugs from being parked at the airport. The car wash did a horrible job, there was literally no soap coming out of the nozzles, it was like a high priced rinse with stinky water. My car came out of the wash with bugs still on the windshield. I'll skip the car wash. At least the store and bathrooms are clean... read more

Women's restroom was very clean! Large selection of snacks and treats to choose from. The attendants inside were very nice and helpful when getting food. They were serving some leftovers from the Munchy Crunchy chicken place, which is inside of the gas station but has seemingly closed a few hours earlier. The chicken sandwich was mid but not the gas station's fault. Felt safe and clean in the darkness of the early evening. Not too busy. read more

Wow; the reviews here are really a mixed bag! Lots of 1-star and lots of 5-star ratings. I would certainly fall closer to 5 than 1. I've been stopping by pretty much whenever I pass by on my way to visit family. The gas prices are what drew me in. The place is super clean, nicely organized, and offers everything you could ask for at a freeway mini mart. They also have Munchy Crunchy Chicken, which the kids and I just tried for the first time. My son and I both had fried chicken, potato wedges, and a honey biscuit. My daughter had a spicy chicken sandwich. Everything was really good, especially for a gas station! Plus the workers are always friendly. Let's move on to the drawbacks.... There are never large cups for soda; they only have paper straws; and the register doesn't accept your loyalty number half the time. These are the reasons for the 4-star rating as opposed to 5-stars! This gas station mini Mart is getting a very rare five-star review. Beautiful, clean mini-mart. Nice bathroom. Ultra friendly staff. Plenty of choices. Lowest gas prices on the block. Not a fan of fried chicken, but they have a very nice looking fried chicken restaurant colocated. Very convenient on and off the freeway. Do not stop at the gas station across the street, 40% higher price for the same gas. read more

Great chicken sandwiches although way smaller than they use to be. Think Popeyes or Chick-fil-A. Great sides. Careful of gas prices as the cheaper set requires the purchase of car wash which cost you about what you save. A wash in my opinion. Bathrooms were a bit haggard this last time with stalls not working or missing butt gadgets or soap. A little grass area for the pups for a break but nothing great read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I stopped in for lunch a couple times when they first opened. Chicken sandwich and wedges. Chicken was dry, soggy and lukewarm, wedges were soggy, or I had to wait about 20 min for food to be cooked. Nothing ready during 11 am - 1 pm? Condiments were non-existent, pickles on the sandwich tasteless. You have to wait in line to order, then wait in line again to pay, then wait again to pick up your food. Really?? I stopped in again recently because they had sent out coupons for free chicken sandwiches and tenders. The sandwiches I was given had been "pre-bagged" and were soggy and barely warm. YUCK! And I still had to stand in line to cash in my coupon, which took two cashiers because the one that waved me over did not know how to redeem the coupon. I went to pick up free tenders today, giving them one more chance. NONE were available for 15-20 min., not even in the frier as yet! The party before me had also wanted tenders and was also having to wait. But there were 6 or 7 employees sitting in the dining area chatting happily over their computers. Nobody was helping the one kid in the kitchen. I gave up and gave my coupons to a family in the parking lot from out of town. Yes, I know it is stupid to complain about free stuff, but free or not, food is awful to mediocre and service here STINKS. If you only want clean and beer, go for it, otherwise look elsewhere. read more

I stopped because of the price for gas was reasonable, however. If you use a credit card the gas is a full .30 more. Most gas stations only charge .10 more if you use a credit card. This is a full 30 cents more for doing so. There are better options to stop along the freeway.. read more

Dog Bath just steals your $10. I drove here specifically for the do it yourself dog wash. Complete waste of my time fuel and money. The machine only takes credit cards is in a place that it could be tampered with easily. Hopefully it hasn't been. I paid my $10 on my credit card only to find I just threw away $10 because the shampoo doesn't work. I spent 3 minutes trying to get it to start and eventually decided I would just put conditioner on him since the main reason to wash your dog is they are dirty and smell. I eventually rinsed him off and tried to blow dry him. I went inside to complain and was told I will have my boss call you. I made sure I went next door to the feed store so they could warn their customers not to throw away their money. I will make sure I post on Facebook also not to waste your money here. For a brand new store you would think things would work. Use these facilities at your own risk. read more

So happy for this amazing update to our poor little town... Arbuckle. Clean and fresh and gas prices can't be beat. Today I finally ventured inside to buy a bucket of chicken with sides. Wow... the sides were so so.... but the chicken? It looked dry and dark (beneath the crispy outside) and really did appear to be leftovers from the weekend or something. Happy to report that after a few hours... I'm not sick. so far. Is there a certain day when the chicken is actually FRESH? I'd be happy to purchase a bucket of nice freshly cooked chicken. This is so sad.... I'd really like a refund but don't think I'll bother going back in to complain. It cost me over $35 and was so disappointing. I can't recommend it at all. read more
