So after years of storing worthless stuff I finally cleaned out my storage unit (left unlocked). I cleaned it out first of Nov and procrastinated about calling and closing the account. So five weeks later i finally called to stop paying for an empty unit. But they had already closed the account. They said, "each month we conduct a monthly inspection of units and if they are empty and unlock, we stop billing you" I was completely surprise, thought for sure they would have continued to charge me until i called and closed the account.

My items were delivered the beginning of August and the crew caused several gouges in my walls. I…read morecalled customer service to arrange for the walls to be repaired. I have called at least four times the past several weeks and left messages. No one has called me back. Additionally, a number of boxes I saw in the warehouse in good condition were crushed upon delivery. Several items were broken, including an extremely expensive computer monitor. Also, numerous wood furniture pieces were gouged or badly scratched. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
