DPW did a GREAT JOB for us! Insurance mandated we clear tree limbs from over the house that we had recently purchased, across the street from our home. All the trees are Heritage oaks and protected in the city limits. Nic, with DPW, worked with the city of Pensacola arborist to know exactly what could, and could not, be cut. Nic worked with me to beat the competition on price. The day they were working on this project I had a huge oak fall over in my own yard and take out a good bit of my privacy fence. DPW cut the tree limbs away from the fence so that I could at least repair it and keep my German Shepherd from escaping. They cut and hauled a dumpster full of limbs and DIDN'T CHARGE ME FOR IT! After signing contract with Diversified Property Works and them agreeing to a date to have work completed at my home, I had to call DPW the day before they were supposed to be there to confirm because they had never called me as they said they would. Called at 8:30 am and was told someone would get back to me shortly; well that was another lie from this company. After being ignored all day, I called again at 4:00pm to get update on situation and again no new information could be provided. At 4:15 the owner of the company , Derek Smith, calls me with an excuse that must have lost the contract and would not be able to fulfill their commitment to complete the job the following day. He told me that they would get to me when they could but expected it to be another week or so. After explaining to Derek, the owner, that I found this to be unacceptable, so I would have to find another company to do the work, he offered no apologies or remorse and hung up the phone. UNRELIABLE - DISRESPECTFUL - UNPROFESSIONAL. I would recommend you find a company that can respect their customers; because Diversified Property Works clearly does not. read more

First time using a tree service: DWP was the first company I called: I was told that my tree would be trimmed with a machine called a spider lift: instead I had a hug truck that when in my back yard causing ruts over my front yard to back and pavers were broken due to this: the team was unprofessional ... and I feel like I was not valued as a customer (due to the damage on my property!
