He cut our outdoor lighting low voltage wire on the first try. When we called the office to ask them to repair, the girl that answered the phone was rude & dismissive from the start. She said she'd ask the owner & call back. I don't know if she even asked. But she called back & said no they're not going to do anything. She didn't care about us as customers at all. I would think she alone loses a lot of business for the company. We won't use them next time.

I called yesterday and luckily they had an opening the next day (today). Showed up within the scheduled timeframe and not only took care of our tank but showed and explained how to check a filter (had no clue there even was one). Neil was who was our service provider and he is a great guy. Very professional and the job was done fast. Well worth the price and in a few years I know exactly who to call. Thank you!!!!

I called them on a Thursday night and told them my alarm was going off. They said they would be there the next morning. Friday morning, they came at 10:30 and pumped it out. That was the last I heard from them till I called at 4:00PM. The CSR I spoke to stated that the person that came out does not fix it, it will take 24-48 hrs. for them to process the work order then they will call to schedule. That to me was piss poor customer service. Then she told me that the guy said that the pump will need to be replaced. Next day (Saturday) I called SOS and the guy there referred me to Candlelight Enterprises, LLC. The gentleman I spoke to there stated that since it was pumped out, they can do it Monday morning. I did ask about doing it that day (Saturday) but he was very honest and stated he didn't want me to spend the emergency fee when Monday was just fine. Candlelight showed up and he stated that the pump is fine, the check valve was stuck open and it will only cost $250.00 parts and labor. Next i get the bill from Wind River and they want to charge me an extra $100.00 for an emergency fee. Emergency fee, they did the work on a Friday morning at 10:30??????? I left 3 voicemails for them to call me and they have not responded as of yet. Piece of advice, DO NOT EVER CALL WIND RIVER.

Orlando and his assistant showed up BEFORE scheduled time (which is much appreciated and Windriver even texted to let us know they were 5min away). That was our first impression, good communication. Orlando explained clearly to us what works he and his assistant will be doing. After pumping and inspections tank, Orlando explained to us how to maintain the tank by not to dispose oils, greases, solid food... to the kitchen sink. Him and his assistant kept the area clean after they finished the work. That was our second impression that they care about their jobs and customer's property. We are happy with the job Orlando and his assistant did and would definitely use them again. Highly recommend this company.

Explained that I recently cleaned my filter due to backup but was concerned with the amount of solids in primary tank. He went over normal depth of solids and I decided to get it pumped. He confirmed on site before proceeding that I should get it pumped and did the job quickly. Pointed out corrosion to my 17 year old concrete tank lid and the drain field pipe penetration. Advised the lid could wait but needed to repair the concrete around the pipe or it would leak. Gave advice on how to DIY, lid broke a week later, came out and replaced
