They cater to all types of dietary issues and have dairy free and sorbets. Even their cookie and cake selection usually has at least one GF item. Their board also displays if any flavor has wheat, nuts, or eggs in it, which is much appreciated! The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. The line can be out the door at times, but the staff work diligently to keep it moving. The seating can be tight but it's a nice place to hang out if they have the space. Fun wall hangings and always their signature bears keeping us all company! The only downside to this place is that it is so well frequented, as it should be, that some flavors sell out quickly. It will be there one day and then not the next, so get it while you can. Or alternatively, you can email them and special order a flavor you love that you keep missing. I love that they do this! It takes time, so plan ahead, but it is so worth it! And although I want people to keep this business running, I.e. keep the money flowing so they keep in business... I have to also say, don't forget to come in and get your free birthday sundae!! Maybe just bring a friend who will purchase their own item.

I placed an order online for the Nourish bowl, added kale to make it even greener and veggie filled, and eagerly waited to devour my bowl. Andddd devour I did. The Nourish Bowl was sooo good. Fille with brown rice, fermented beets, beet hummus, avocado, clover sprouts, shredded carrots, hemp seeds, and a cashew ginger dressing that came on the side. It was perfect, and very filling. As a fan of all things pickled, I especially loved the fermented beets and now will be hunting those down again and again. It was the perfect meal for after the holidays, and I do plan to make a stop at Nourish more routine when I am back in the area.

Walking in it smells divine. Ahh... the smell of chocolate. As an adult I felt like a kid again. I specifically came in to get my Chinese acupuncturists (I see 2) Chinese New Year presents. I looked down in one of the baskets in front of the counter and found gold chocolate coins. I purchased an even (must be even and not including the #4 according to Chinese tradition) number of the coins and had the friendly Sweetie's employee wrap them up for me. Red is a lucky color for people who are Chinese. Especially with gold. I purchased 2 small boxes of the gold coins in boxes for under $20! Sweetie's is a fun sweet store to shop in. There is something for everyone, even if they don't eat candy. There are cards, mugs and other fun items. Highly recommend!
