Upon entering, the only visible employee was busy on the phone. I took my time perusing all the interesting home decor and furniture. It was a lovely space, with quality merchandise. I had a question, but I overheard the woman placing a phone order for her lunch with very specific requirements. Blah, blah blah. From one call to the other, she didn't even take a break to see if the customers needed assistance. She never acknowledged or greeted me. I was interested in making a purchase but walked out instead. I was THEN told it had to be within 7... SEVEN days! I even asked when buying it if I could exchange and never was I told it had to be within ANY time period. I feel one week is a bit tight and I brought it back at my very first opportunity. I live locally and would certainly shop there again if the circumstances were different but NOW?!? NOT A CHANCE!!
