Upon entering, the only visible employee was busy on the phone. I took my time perusing all the interesting home decor and furniture. It was a lovely space, with quality merchandise. I had a question, but I overheard the woman placing a phone order for her lunch with very specific requirements. Blah, blah blah. From one call to the other, she didn't even take a break to see if the customers needed assistance. She never acknowledged or greeted me. I was interested in making a purchase but walked out instead. So unprofessional.

In the back is a champagne bar that should not be missed. Brandon helms up the elegant bar that offers champagne events and drinks by the glass. There is also a well curated wine shop within too. Customer service could and should be much better. My 4 year old daughter had to use the restroom and when we asked the associate if she would unlock the restroom she was had a nasty attitude; and was a little rude. We ended up after that leaving and not buying anything from Ross.

Store was clean, organized, and staff was friendly. Ample parking in the huge lot outside. Perk to have Five Below nextdoor to stop in there on the same trip. It's not the biggest HomeGoods I've ever been in, but it's got most of what the chain offers. My closest store at home in PA has a much larger food section, while Brunswick only has 2 aisles. Also we have a toy section at mine and I didn't see any toys at Brunswick. But for the items they're really known for, bougie furniture, overpriced rugs, trendy lamps, decor, throw pillows, signs with cheesy sayings on them, and fake yoga people stuff, they had all that. I found my pink salt, at a great price (a little above BJ's which is my go-to when there is a BJ's nearby), and also some cute thank you items for my preschooler's teachers.
