At the time when I received the gift the goblets weren't ready, but will soon be. Zafer holds a high degree of quality and the glace and color need to be perfect for him to sell it, worth the wait for us! Can't wait to see the goblets in this picture soon, but for now we enjoy the wine carafe which is such a beautiful statement piece and fun to pull out during a special dinner! I chose them because I wanted better customer service than a big box store. Turns out I am paying twice as much money for twice as shitty service. An excellent choice made by me. Also, management is unwilling to work with me on compensation for the delay. I was also told there was black mold growing, hence the install being delayed even longer. Guess what?! No black mold!!! Just some lazy ass installers wanting to go home early on a Friday. Don't make the mistake I did, please shop around and don't just expect you'll have a smooth experience because you are paying a premium.
