My experiences with this venue have been excellent! Personnel and installers are stellar and work done via installers was amazing.

Do NOT use this company for flooring installation purposes. My husband and I hired them to install new flooring in a hallway in our home. We have had this project set up since May. This weekend, we were forced to do the project ourselves due to the installer cancelling on us for a THIRD time. The first time we got stood up, the installer failed to even contact us saying he could not come - I found out he wasn't coming by taking the initiative to call the store when he failed to show up. The second time, he cancelled 45 minutes before he was supposed to arrive at our house. After the second cancellation, I kindly asked the person in charge of scheduling the install to please have a back-up installer in line in case this one had to cancel again. Needless to say, there was no back-up installer available for us today. Ordering flooring products through this company is fine, but stay away from them when it comes to installation projects. read more

They installed my floors before I put in my doors. They would not do the install without thresholds, now they won't go in and I get no response from the store or installers. If you use them be sure you don't ever expect customer support. I have been calling for months now! read more

So angry! I was sold inferior quality flooring in 2014 from Lumber Liquidators and became part of a class action suit. I received a paltry settlement of $140 voucher to LL Flooring because I could not justify with photographs the $5,000 I spent on a new floor. I had NO IDEA it was the fault of the product and did not take pictures. I finally found some tiles I want to purchase with the voucher, having about $100 left over. But they will not accommodate my needing three of the tiles cut, even though they offer installation. Makes me bull***! They may have changed their name but the crappy customer service remains. They totally suck. Do not use this company. read more

The whole experience with LL was fantastic. The sales team was super helpful and socially distanced. The delivery team rocked - my order showed up a little earlier than expected and the delivery guys could not have been nicer or more helpful. I shopped in store for new flooring and had an initially positive experience with the sales associate, who went out of his way to help us select samples and answer questions about underlayment and installation options. I returned the following week with our selection, and the manager was confident in assuring us that we'd receive a call within 48 hours from a local company to schedule a time for an estimate. When 48 hours passed with no follow up, I contacted the store again and received an unhelpful, and frankly curt, response that "a computer glitch" had canceled the order before it was submitted. Not only did the store associate not apologize for the inconvenience, he also told us that it would now be at least 96 hours before we get the call, since the request is being submitted on a Friday afternoon. He said "good luck finding anyone else who can give you another estimate sooner" and "my manager is out of town so I don't think you'll get any follow up on this for some time." I highly recommend LL Flooring when you are looking for new flooring. From the start of my project to the finish...every person I spoke with were true professionals. It took less than a week to get the quote, pick out the flooring and get the installation date. And Wesley at BM Flooring did a great job installing my vinyl flooring. Brandon and his guys at this location were a true pleasure to work with. The customer service and friendly sales attitude were truly un-matched. We shopped at a few stores including another LL and didn't get the service or floor understanding that we received with these guys. We even returned our floors several times with no issues. Trust me... after the third return I felt bad but you would of never known I had done it before. It was all about finding the perfect wood for our home. They were awesome and I would/will recommend going to see them. They have a huge supply of all types of woods. Do your self a favor though and spend the money for some bellawood. Scam of a company. Was told in the fall that the flooring I wanted wouldn't go out of stock/style until early May. Went in at the end of February to order enough for a two floor addition only to be told that they don't make it anymore. Upon further investigation they did say they had enough for our job somewhere overseas. So I put in the order and was told it would be in early April. So we booked our installer. Called a week before it was suppose to be here only to be told it was on back order and it would be on the way to the distribution center the next week and then another week to the actual store. So I called the next week and the same song and dance. The guy in the phone, Jacob gave me a speech about the "slave labor" over in china and that the connex boxes hadn't even left yet. Wtf? It was weird. He went on and on and about how it was out of their hands but then made it seem like he could be the hero and see if another store in the US had it. Like why we didn't do that in the first place?? Well low and behold, a store in CO had it and said it could be here within a week but we'd have to pay an additional $600 in shipping!!!! I legit lost my mind but we had already rescheduled the installation company twice before. So we paid.....but it isn't over. Flooring got here within six days. SIX DAYS. Could've just done that in the first place but they wanted ti squeeze even more money out of us. Not impressed at all. Never again. Go to a different company. Ps-I'm NEVER a complainer...I go with the flow and make excuses for people. Not this time. read more

We stopped at LL to look at the bellawood floors. The sales staff ignored us and we're too occupied on their phones to help. We found a floor we liked but decided to go across the street. The staff across the street welcomed us at the door. They let us brows at all the floors and then approached us to see if we had any questions. They not only helped find the floor we were looking for.They also kept us under budget!!. read more

I had nothing but a positive experience with my purchase of Laminate flooring at this Lumber Liquidators in Scarborough....The staff there are super friendly and extremely patient and helpful....I got some really quality flooring at a really affordable price and am extremely satisfied with the total experience!! Stay away from Lumber Liquidators go to a local company this is junk flooring. Several things went bad from using a contractor from HSS, Lumber Liquidators gave us a flyer to call them. We ended up buying extra boxes for flooring and was told we would be bringing back, nothing was left over but junk flooring . Once you get the flooring they are pretty much done with you. They were horrible! Junk flooring and people who truly do not care. Just do not use Lumber Liquidators stay with a local company! My experience was 100% a nightmare. !!! read more
