I also asked for testing and I was told no several times because they felt it was unnecessary. They also mess up my prescriptions every single time as well. It's really so disrespectful how they treat patients. It is truly upsetting and disruptive to any patient's life especially when it is an extremely important form of health care. Having been to other physical therapy offices, I was a bit skeptical they would be able to help me. My physical therapist Jaclyn turned out to be the best thing that ever happened to me. Within 4 weeks of treatment, pain that I had for years was relieved, without use of medication. When I was injured at work in October 2017, I went back to see Jaclyn and she tailored my care carefully each time to give me maximum pain relief and strength. I could hardly walk due to extreme back pain when I came in; at discharge you would never know I had been injured. I can go back to my favorite adventure sports ( surfing, standup paddle-boarding, snowboarding) without fear of aggravating my injury.
