It was close to my work and convenient. I dropped off around noon and picked it up when it opened the following day. They did a pretty good job, it was clean and nicely folded. The laundry was charged by weight, it can add up but the price you pay for convenience. The laundry mat looks clean, lots of machines I don't know how much they charge per use but I would assume way cheaper than drop off service.

It's a nice, clean laundromat, the machines look pretty new and appear to be in good working condition. The place was pretty busy on the Saturday that I went. Looks like you have the option of doing it yourself, or there is also a drop off service. They also do dry cleaning. Fast, friendly service. I dropped the dog bed off at about 2pm, and it was ready for pick up by 5pm in the cleanest, freshest condition I have seen it in years. Highly recommend this place. Free wifi. Free parking out front, and there are a few spots in the back as well. Student discount available with valid student ID with drop off services. Remember to bring your own laundry detergent/stain remover. They really charge an arm and a leg for it!

I have been a customer at this Laundromat for almost 2 years. I usually go once or sometimes twice…read morea week. I am always polite and respectful. The female staff is very professional. But I do have valid complaint regarding the manager who also owns the business. Today I did my laundry in an older machine. It's at the back row and 4.00. Because it was very busy , it was the only machine available, so I put it xtra clothes in the machine. This is the only time I have done this. I'm not the only customer who has done this and I most likely won't be the last. After loading the machine I went to sit outside , and then when I returned , the lid of the washer was up. The manager was at the sink and instead of saying to me, "Excuse me miss but you put too many clothes in the machine. Please don't overload next time". But he proceeded to communicate to me in a very condescending way, that was rude, and belittling, and rolling his eyes at me like I am completely stupid. Then he proceeded to tell me that the engine of the machine was giving off an unpleasant odour can't I smell it, and it's ruining the machine. And because of me the cost of doing laundry goes up for everyone. ( lol... all because of me heh lol) There was no odour. That machine is used over and over again, so for me overloading , is not going to be my fault. So then I asked him if it's ok if I put the lid down of the washer, so the wash could finish, there were 4 minutes left. He replied " Oh... what are you trying to ask me now?", in a snitty rude arrogant voice. Then he says " Oh and that's not washing." and rolls his eyes , shakes his head and rudely walks away. I have been using this laundromat for about nine months now. I drive fairly far to go to this…read moreestablishment because I can't find a decent laundromat in my city. They have one very large washer which is the main reason I go there because you can get all your bedding done in one machine. A few months ago, new owners took over the place. The first thing I noticed was although we were all being told to wash our hands thoroughly with soap because of the pandemic--they had no soap. They also don't have a handle on the bathroom door. Very gross. I drove to the laundromat yesterday expecting to be out of there in an hour like I usually am. First of all, it was packed and almost every washer and dryer was in use. That of course is not the fault of the proprietors, but it was chaos and the person working there was not helping the flow of customers. One woman had a very large amount of clothes to be washed. One of the machines she was using was the large capacity washer. I waited patiently for her wash to finish and I used two of their double load washers to do the rest of my clothes. The woman with the big laundry amounts went to empty one of the many washers she was using, only to find the clothes were soaking wet! The staff member apologized and put her laundry into a new machine. Unfortunately, they don't have any machines that could have just spun dry the clothes, she had to wash the clothes all over again. The man marked an x on the machine to show it didn't work. That made the second machine that had an x on it. I went to empty one of my washers and the same things happened to me--soaking wet clothes and I had to wait for it to wash all over again. That made three machines with an x on it. I finally got all my clothes washed and started to dry them. One dryer had mostly towels in it so I gave it half an hour to dry. I took it out then and the clothes were exactly the same dryness as when I had put them into the dryer. The staff did pay for the dryer for me as he did for having to rewash my last load of clothes. With all the people in there, and many having the same issues I was having, it took almost three hours to finish that laundry. So far the new owners seem to think they only need to collect the coins from the machines and not do any needed repairs to equipment or bathroom doors. I will be looking for a new place to do laundry from now on.
