I called and my phone or their phone was having issues I guess so I couldn't understand what the lady from the office was trying to say, apparently she was asking me about my all my information but I couldn't hear so she told me "I ALREADY ASKED YOU THREE TIMES" and I didn't understand what was happening. I asked if she could repeat the question because the phone was breaking and she say that she was not going to repeat it. Multiple times missing the weekly cleaning, Mary who answers the phone, seems to have only a rude unhelpful setting when dealing with paying customers. Have asked 4 times now to speak to a manager of the company and each time told no one is available and that she will have them call me back. But no call back still. Paying for a a service that doesn't happen is theft. read more

I love going to events but often the portable restrooms leave much to be desired! However, at the recent Harley Davidson Bike Night I was excited to see the cleanest restrooms ever! Kudos to Port-O-Potty for taking pride in your work and offering a great product! read more
