Opened a Geek Bar yesterday and it was dead, took it to the store and was told they couldn't do anything about it. The "not so nice" man just blew me off and said I have to open the item before I leaving the store. So because I buy 4 at a time, I have to open all 4 before leaving the store. Then he proceeds to tell me that "no one" has ever had a problem with them not working. Not true after reading some of these reviews. Asked to speak to manager and was told he wasn't in and that he would tell me the same thing. I will take my business somewhere else and have already been sharing this experience with my family/friends. Why does the customer have to take a loss from a defective item?? Sounds like they are selling fakes. Just a matter of time before more people are affected by this. Shame on you Dirt Cheap!!
