The employees working there--from front desk to budtenders to managers to order fulfillers--everyone is always amazing. I had Rebecca today and she was knowledgeable, attentive, patient, fun, and personable. She gave good advice and personal recommendations. She worked to ensure I had everything I wanted and needed--for myself and others--from sleeping and fun gummies to vapes and pre-rolls. I did find some things on their menu that I didn't find at others and I liked how when they didn't have something in my order they tried to call to replace it and then when they didn't get ahold of me they at least replaced it with something close to what I got .. other places will replace it with anything. I do think their first time customer deal could be better when other places offer percentage off and a grab bag.

I told him I bought or tried to buy an ounce of the purple rain, but he said that I did not even buy the purple rain infused. As you can see from the picture that I am enclosing I did buy some purple rain, but the agent only gave me 1/4 of an ounce and charged me for an ounce. Absolutely Pure Falsification -- Wrong Dab, Wrong Deal, Wrong Math, Wrong Transparency... Never…read moreAgain My entire experience was misleading, inconsistent, and unacceptable. What I was told at the counter and what showed on my receipt were two completely different things. First, I didn't even receive the correct dab. I selected specific products, but the receipt showed items I never chose. In this industry, strain, type, and batch matter. You cannot swap products and expect a customer not to notice. Second, the deal I was promised was never honored. I was told 15 for $65 plus an additional 40% off. That should have resulted in a much larger discount than what was actually applied. Instead, the receipt showed a subtotal of $53.94 and only $12.80 in discounts. The bundle pricing was not applied correctly, and neither was the percentage discount. Instead of honoring the advertised promotion, the receipt was filled with random discount lines such as loyalty opt-ins and miscellaneous deductions that had nothing to do with the deal I was promised. It looked more like an attempt to justify the total than to apply the correct promotion. There was also confusing double-labeling and mismatched batch numbers on some items. For regulated products, accuracy and transparency should be mandatory. Customers should not have to decode a receipt to understand what they were charged for. The bigger issue here is trust. If a store advertises a promotion, the register should reflect that promotion clearly and accurately. Customers should not have to go home and do the math to figure out whether they were overcharged. Between receiving the wrong product, the incorrect pricing, the confusing receipt, and the lack of transparency, this was a frustrating experience. Customers deserve honesty and accuracy. I will be filing a formal complaint. Never again
