We scheduled for this morning at 9 am. During our call, my husband reminded me that our water purifier valve had a slow leak. We had ordered a replacement part to have on hand. So, I told Arturo about this additional work, and he was patient and understanding. This morning, Arturo was running a little late and updated me on his ETA. He identified the problem with the outside valve (cracked seal). He went to Home Depot and got a better more durable valve. Also, Arturo replaced our water purifier valve quickly and without issue. We found Arturo helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. He has been in business for a while. He's new to Yelp. I would absolutely do business with them again as a result! *** This review is from service about a year ago and I never got around to posting it. I wish I could put more stars. I scheduled a maintenance service at my home while my tenants were there, and everything seemed smooth with initial communication and visit start. City Wide arrived, spoke to one of my tenants, explained they had to replace the air filter (a K&N reusable one that her husband had bought), and then proceeded to do their work independently. When they were done I was told they left from where they were in the backyard and never provided notice of their departure. Come to find out, the air filter vent in the home has non-standard dimensions, so my tenant's husband said they shoved a new air filter in there and it looked very shoddy indeed. After calling and expressing my dissatisfaction, I felt only then was I given a narrative for what had happened. My impression was, they didn't think it's something that would be noticed or needed explanation, and that is cause for concern. They did come back and fix the problem, this time with my sister supervising the visit. Happy to say, they did educate her on what they were doing and fitted a new filter to the vent. They also did a very good job cleaning the outside unit during the first visit, for which I was grateful.

My air was not coming out cold. I called on a Friday morning was told oh we have to send the person who went to do your maintenance service just a few weeks prior. (Why? I am a female home owner and I make the decisions in my home when it comes to who I allow in my home to help us maintain what we have. Ryan didn't BS me. The service was not cheap but it wasn't something that would put me out till next pay period. I told Ryan I was going to cancel Nexgen due to the horrible customer service I had received, till the service he provided. He was patient, not trying to sell everything he could find on his lap top.
