I was initially concerned, as he had no Yelp reviews and only business pics, but a little research on Facebook assuaged my fears. I am SO glad I went with Silverio's. Excellent communique! Prompt and polite service from this husband-wife team. I initially just needed tables and chairs. Then my canopy faux paux caused me to get a tent. Then my Facebook research on them led me to get fake grass (My note here is that they may want to get 10x20, 20x20, 10x30, and 10x40 grass carpets, to prevent tripping over the edges). It tuned out beautifully! Miguel's canopy comes with an LCD light. Great for evening events. He came in, looked over the space, confirmed my desires, went to work, and was done in an hour or so. He left it set up overnight, as it better fit their schedule. Good for me, so I could set up without strain. They came back after the event. We had broken everything down. We used this service for some of our wedding rentals. We had the Edison light drape, cocktail tables, heaters, and turf. We were pleased with the quality of all the items that were provided. We had also ordered 2 canopies, which were not able to be used in the end due to the high winds at the time of set up. Miguel was very honest about the limitations of the canopies, and returned our payment for those canopies because they couldn't be used! Miguel was very good at returning communication and was prompt at the time of drop off/set up and also at pick up. This has been my worst and most stressful experience ever with party rentals. I've always used another party rental business but this time I decided to try out a new local business. I went in person to make my order. I was told that everything would be delivered the day of the party at 9am. The day before my event I called and spoke directly to Silverio to request a tent because of the unexpected rain that I had not anticipated. He said he had a tent and that I should text him my information and I would get everything. The morning of the party I called around 9:30 because no one had shown up or reached out to me. They stated that they would call me right back to let me know what time they would bring everything. An hour passed and so I called again. They went over my order and said that they didn't have the tent in the order. I told them I had added it the day before and so they said ok. Then the woman on the phone tells me they couldn't bring the jumper I had requested. They only had a small one which was 9x9. I told her that I had ordered this 2 weeks prior and that they should've told me they weren't goi g to have it. She then said ok that they would get it for me. She said that the guys were loading their truck and would arrive soon. At 11 there was still no one here or communicating with me of the delay. My party was starting at 1 and I became so stressed out. I called them again and they just said they would be here soon. A few minutes later a man called and said he would be at my house in about 45 minutes. He went over my order and didn't mention the tent. I told him I had also requested a tent and he said no one had told him but he would bring it. At last they arrived at 12 and it took 1 hour for them to set up the tent and unload the tables and chairs. I was really disappointed and stressed out to have to hurry and put everything together. I didn't even finish decorating because my guests began to arrive. On Sunday the same two men came to pick up everything and as they were driving out of my driveway with a flat tire we noticed their truck had leaked a lot of oil all over our driveway. My house wouldn't have been able to fit all those people, so I knew I had to rent some canopies to use the outdoor space, and some extra tables and chairs. GOODS: -Miguel offered to come do a complimentary estimate, which helped us plan more realistically -He is very quick at responding through Yelp messenger and through text! -He and his team work quickly and efficiently! They set up within 10 minutes and are all very friendly and easy to work with -Miguel is a very busy man, but is flexible enough to try to work with your schedule. I appreciated that he agreed to set up the day before so I would have to worry less on the day of the event, and came to tear down the canopy when I was available. -Great price for the service and equipment I received! NOT-SO-GOODS: -I had to reach out and follow up multiple times on certain dates and times, and little logistics that he wouldn't mention. For example, I had to follow up more than once to remind him to send me the invoice. -He is more on the casual side than formal way of running things -You will have to go into the store to sign the receipt and pay in card. He does take cash also. I rented quite a few things from this place for my daughter's Sweet 16. They are friendly. I rented the tables and chairs that could have use wiping down. The canopy was okay, it had markings and wasn't the best. I also rented their green turf grass, which was disappointing. It had white markings like a football field, that wasn't covered. They should warn customers about that. Communication is not great. Different people show up to set one thing and not the other. They dont know who's delivering what. read more
