Audiologist avoided my calls and was unavailable during the trial period. I was forced to return…read morethe hearing aids to the receptionist prior to the end of my trial... otherwise I would have been stuck with them not working correctly. Then the audiologist emailed me and said I could have put the receptionist's job on the line because she wasn't "authorized" to accept the return. I am not sure what other options I had? I had even stopped by the office to make sure the audiologist had received my messages and was assured twice by her husband that she did, although he was not very friendly or professional. Her husband stated that "they were running a little short right now" but that "I would be getting some of my money back". Short? Short on what, money? I had paid cash for the hearing aids and although I had returned them (and obtained the receptionist's signature of acknowledgement)... I had NOT yet received my refund. (The O.R.C. gives 2 weeks for a business to refund money for return of hearing aids that were purchased on trial, I was aware of the law and I was fine with it). I was still attempting to contact the audiologist to see if something could be worked out but numerous calls were not returned and the audiologist remained unavailable. It felt like they were trying to get me past the trial expiration date so I would have to keep the hearing aids, thus guaranteeing their sale. The only option I had was to return them and the only person available was the receptionist. What would you have done? (Nowhere in my paperwork, did I find a cancellation provision stating the return "process" or, who was or was not authorized to accept my return). The hearing aids were valued at $8,500 so I was very sensitive to the contract period. I work in a professional environment and, respect the obligations of a contract and therefore I was sure to make my return within the terms of the written agreement. Had proper adjustments been made, I most likely would have kept them. But, my experience went downhill fast toward the end of the trial and after my return. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this business. Note: I did NOT receive my refund within the compliance period of the trial.

I will continue to go here for a long time and I have already recommended them to family and friends. The prices are good and the staff is really friendly.
