I dropped my 2 shirts off on a Thursday evening and since I wasn't in a rush I kept it to the basics and was told I could pick up my shirts on Tuesday afternoon. The employee working was extremely friendly and walked me though the process. Another cool thing I liked about this place is that on top of giving you a ticket with the date on it, they also shoot you a text when the items are ready for pickup, super cool service! I stopped by after receiving a text and it was ready on Tuesday like I was told. I was super satisfied with the job they did and will absolutely be coming back here in the future! It took me months and a lot of work to get that resolved. I don't blame Pikes for not wanting to give a designer suit away. They'd be sued pretty fast if they got it wrong. I've found that becoming a regular customer in a small town goes a long way toward solving some problems.
