I ended up dropping it off anyway because we were recommended by a family friend. Originally, the woman at the counter said that they would not be able to have to suit done until Monday. I mentioned that I needed it for tomorrow and she went in the back to check with the cleaners, and then she came back out and guaranteed that it'd be done by 5pm today. To give them a little extra time, I stopped in around 5:50pm to pick up my items. The girls at the counter were very friendly. However, on the suit jacket and the dress shirt were ready and they told me the pants wouldn't be ready until Monday because all of the cleaners went home early. I'm not too sure why all the cleaners would go home early without all of the orders being done. Also, there was no manger on staff for me to speak with to resolve the issue. So, I asked for the pants back at least so that I could wash and press them at home. The girls couldn't find the pants... so I had to wait nearly a half hour before they could find them. When I asked if I could get a refund on the pants because they weren't complete, the girl mentioned that only managers are able to provide refunds. The only upside of my visit was that the staff was friendly and respectful. Unfortunately, the cleaners simply weren't efficient.
